We do all the windows by hand with ladders, squeegees, scrubbers, and synthetic pads to get the rough stuff out. This year we kicked it up to $70/man hour because of the inflation and gas prices. It kind of depends on your area also, we operate out in Wisconsin but I heard areas down south are more saturated with amateur window cleaners trying to get beer money. Been at it for 7 years and people will pay out the prices I mentioned above if they think you're professional and you have good reviews. A lot of your work will be repeat customers, referrals, and people who see yard signs you put out. Don't race to the bottom with other window cleaners, it's usually not worth your time if the client is too stingy
Who wake up and say sure good idea, i will spend 500$ getting my Windows 0.1% more transparent instead of asking my son to do it or taking 3 hours to do it. Need to make at least 170$ per hour to make it worth it. And not having already having someone at home who do it

With higher pricing you can afford to pay and retain higher quality employees, have higher profit margin, among other things.
