    Dear friends! Today I am sharing with you a wonderful simple and quick cabbage recipe. It is very easy and simple to prepare. Can be eaten for breakfast or dinner. Prepare this simple recipe and share your impressions with me.
    You will need
    1/4 cabbage
    1 carrot
    2 eggs
    Salt
    pepper
    Italian herbs
    olive oil
    Grate the cabbage on a special grater or chop it finely with a knife. Grate the parking lot on a fine grater. Add salt, pepper and herbs. Separate the yolks from the whites. Set the yolks aside and mix the egg whites with the cabbage. Heat a frying pan, add olive oil and fry two round cabbage cutlets under a lid over medium heat for 5-7 minutes. Turn over to the second side and fry for another 3 minutes. Make wells in the cutlets and place the egg yolks in them. Cover and let rest for another 5-7 minutes. Enjoy.
