I was pleased to find this video. I have just got interested in making journals and I think this will be a good place to start. No sewing! And using stuff already in my craft stash. Good clear instructions. Thank you from the UK.
Good Morning Amanda, You showed up in my feed today so I thought I would stop by and give you a sub! This is a really cute hinged journal. I may have to try one of these. Thanks so much for sharing this with us! Have a blessed day!
You just popped up I'm always interested in some sort of a journal project I've never seen anything like this one. Fascinating, you're a good teacher. How thick can these be made? Also is that a stock paper or thinner than that but not as thin as copy paper?
@@havingalotafun thanks for watching and your questions! I enjoy paper journaling projects too. I have only made these with about 4-5 pages stacked on the hinge, plus the pocket using decorative patterned paper. I’m not sure the paper weight, but it is thicker than copy paper. Speaking of copy paper, this would be a good method to use with that and you could use more…like with signatures for a junk journal. Oh, you’ve given me more to try out. Thanks!! 😀
Very cute! I have not seen journal constructed like this, and I really like it. Great for beginners and a quick project. Thank you for sharing.😊
Yes, this is a great technique to try out. Give it a try, and thanks for watching and your comment! Have fun crafting! 😀
