I don’t hope for that. To me that seems like a common position of the uninformed/shortsighted to think that helps the natural reef and fishermen, when in fact you’re stealing the livelihood of the people who live on the reefs. We need proper management in order to truly protect the resource and the people who live there. Bio-piracy is not the solution and in fact has unintended consequences.

No wonder half the fish don’t make it to the fish store alive and if they do once you buy them it’s pot luck if they survive.... I got lucky I bought my regal tang as a baby no bigger than a really small marble now she is huge once they settle in they become really hardy but most of the time they die from stress and the main killer ICH
