That round circles are Center-pivot irrigation (sometimes called central pivot irrigation), also called water-wheel and circle irrigation, is a method of crop irrigation in which equipment rotates around a pivot and crops are watered with sprinklers.
Yes, You see this kind of Irrigation mostly in desert countries. Few Years back they tried to implement this kind of irrigation in Anantapur and Chittoor districts in Andhra Pradesh, Because of land ownership issues they rolled back.
So nice to see many Telugu people showering affection on you. Really the feeling of getting such affection irrespective of place, caste, religion is something praiseworthy. Special mention of Shreshta and kids is a must here. Shreshta will be a very good presenter of videos in future. Those green circles are center pivot farming. Water sprinkles through water wheels along radius, that is the reason you see circle. This type of farming is more optimised water use, less laborious comparing with other temporary sprinkler systems.

Center-pivot irrigation uses less labor than many other surface irrigation methods, such as furrow irrigation.[8] It also has lower labor costs than ground-irrigation techniques that require digging of channels. Also, center-pivot irrigation can reduce the amount of soil tillage. Therefore, it helps reduce water runoff and soil erosion that can occur with ground irrigation.[8] Less tillage also encourages more organic materials and crop residue to decompose back into the soil. It also reduces soil compaction.
