I did the exact same steps and it didnt work out for me. For me when going into the page number formatting it already says starting from page 1 and still it begins from the first document page…And for some reason the link to previous section button is not even accessible to click on, its grey… And yes I have a page break before…. I just hate this program. Unfortunately for my current document I have to use word, but I would strongly recommend Latex to anyone who has the choice
