Hi! According to your experience, what is the maximum width of paper that you can enter the printer? I have been reading the technical specifications but it is not clear to me if 1372mm is the printing area or the maximum width of the paper roll. I hope you can help me! Thank you

The HP 115 shown in the video does not support Direct To Garment. We do not sell the HP Z3100 you are asking about so we have no knowledge of its specific capabilities. You might want to reach out to the dealer that sold you your printer or even GP themselves for more information.
What's the difference between the 115 and the 315??
