Alotted in higher preference means, you have got a chance in those colleges too but you have been selected earlier in a college selected earlier than him, so your seat has already been allotted. Moved to higher preference means the same thing that you have already moved in highest preference college
@@DipenAlerts what if we don't take admission in allotted one and want to take admission in the college which is showing "alotted in higher preference ". Imean to say if we want another college seat which was showing "allotted to higher preference" is there any chance of getting seat alott in the upgrade round which is in 27th August ??
