Hi Sumit, Appreciate you for this question. As I explained in this video after vSphere 7.0 U1 VMware introduced vCLS services. These services ensure that if vCenter Server is unavailable, cluster services remain available to maintain the resources health as well as cluster workload. But, the important point is that vCenter Server must be required to run the DRS & HA smoothly. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks
