I am from Andhra Pradesh close to costal area. From your videos I understood that our areas are ideal for mycellium but what about fruiting body and what is the temperature on the higher side for mycellium growth as well as fruiting body.

Mycelium run temperature varies for different oyster mushroom varieties.. Like for pink oyster it's 35 degree celcius... For Florida oyster it's 28-32..for fruiting generally the temperature should be below 25 degree celcius in mostly oyster varieties... Except pink oyster in which it should be 30-35 degree celcius
