Thank you so much Ian for the amazing opportunity to tell me and my husband's story. It was nice to finally meet you. I wish nothing but the best for you and your endeavors on your podcast. I'm looking foward to hearing more stories on your channel.💪🏽
I’m dead I watched because this is common in cuse. And y’all from the town.
@@JuanMartinez-fu9ym It's common for women to get married from the town? I haven't seen or know any women that got married from the town.🤷🏽♀️
I judge my cousin for being with someone who has been in prison for about 5 years now, and she told me that I do not understand her situation. This episode opened my eyes, and because of her telling her story, now I am going to apologize to my cousin big time. Thank you, I needed a reality check
You are welcome. There is a huge stigma around women that are in relationships with men that are incarcerated. Not everyone is a bad person. We all make mistakes. No one is perfect, and people can change and do change for the better.
This girl is so a keeper. Hoping her husband realizes when he gets out what he’s got and does what he needs to do to support her like she’s supporting him!!
I appreciate the positivity. Because some people are just ignorant and rude, but I should have expected that.
You’re very well spoken, and you’re right, don’t judge less you be judged. So important when your husband gets out he gets right to work doing whatever. Wish you both nothing but the best. You’re a real one as Jay Williams says..😊😊😊
This story made my day. Currently involved in this situation and this is my first which I never thought I would be here. I have ups and downs about it I’m truly in love with my guy! this story changed my mindset completely. Thank you so much Natasha for giving your story
You are welcome❤️ I understand what you are going through. It's a tough situation to be in for them and us. This has been my first experience as well, but I love my husband very much. You can get through this. There are a lot of support systems and people you can reach out to.
Wish my ex was like this girl . When I got sentenced to 3 years she immediately left before I even made it to prison and married one of my best friends
Damn I'm sorry to hear that. That guy wasn't your friend. Some women unfortunately do leave. It's a tough road on both ends, but when you both love and care about each other nothing will come in the way. That's why communication is such a huge factor when a person goes away. Both have to be on the same page, and work through it together.
Great interview. I definitely love your hearing your story. My husband was sentenced to 16 years, FRP visits are 40 hours total so example you get in on Saturday at 12pm and leaving Monday morning at 830. It’s such a great way to connect at a different level. Hope you get your visits. 🤞
Thank you. We are hoping for them still. He hasn't completed all the progran requirements yet.
@@natashacherrelle have him been on their butts about the programs. My husband had to fight even get into the programs. Some programs go by release date so they will put someone who is scheduled to be released before him in first
@@alexissdancan5826 yes that's what my husband told me. I believe the program is ASAT but he told me that is has to be at least a year before he comes home. Regardless if we didn't get it. He's still going to come home, and that's all that matters to me.
I love this interview. I do not know Natasha personally but remember some posts she’d write I related so much to as a prison wife too from a mutual Facebook group. This interview was so wholesome and it was really nice to see the woman’s perspective and what we go through 🙏🏻❤️ I have never seen your videos Ian but really appreciate the work you do and subscribed now.
Many men would be blessed to have a woman like you to hold him down. I appreciate the fact that she talked to her husband to make sure he was comfortable before agreeing to do the interview.
Thank you so much. And yes I definitely wanted to run it by him before I did this out of respect.
2:20 She said “I have like.. the brain cells of like.. I don’t know.”
💯 All FACTS, no cap 🧢
I felt that.
😂😂😂 I was on the spot. I was going to say goldfish, but I froze.
Great woman right here!.. I got one that doesn't judge me on my past has the same views as this girl and I'll never let her go!.. its sooo rare keep holding him down!...
I plan I being with him until we are old and grey. I promise you there are still women like us out here. You just have to be patient and it will come.
Excellent interview
Ian Bick is killing the game, I don’t think people realize the opportunity that guys like him have the chance to change lives!
I disagree. He’s mad weird and definitely lying about his background
Great interview, very insightful, I’m so happy for you and this accomplishment, continue to live your life with your hubby ❤
Thanks for the video. I am 41. I never thought I would be in that route to get marry in prison. Few of people that I know disliked that I am with my guy because of his upbringing/background. My guy, his willing to change to not loss me. Even I broken up in 2022, he fought for me to stick together because of his background. I had met so many people, there is no connection. The way he treated me before/after prison has not changed. He saw me when I am angel or act like a monster. Most men don’t know how to communicate that made me not want to stay in relationship. His the only one that made me feel “yes” to get marry. I was single since 2010-2021. I do know people we met for a reason. Why reject the opportunity who made me laugh all the times and communicate in terms of bad weathers. It’s lonely to be in this route, seeing videos like that made me feel belong ❤
When a man asked me to be their gf after 3days of meeting, or after two weeks - I always say no to see their reactions if their pure gentlemen. Love is patience, if a man don’t have that traits, I can’t connect to have a long term relationship. I believe friendship should build to stay strong, if not, I am unable to stay.
You should Interview the homie for Lockdown 23 and 1
Hard to find us good girls that stand by their person... they aren't the the only 1 that does the time
They definitely aren't just doing their time alone. Loved ones/wives/girlfriends do the time with them. Even though we physically aren't in there with them, we go through our own struggles. Mentally, financially, psychologically ect.
A true bandit queen. I'm nowhere near that life but I know she's a real one
Muy Bonita!
Regarding the ride or dies…some people cannot afford the financial piece of “being there” for someone in prison. It’s a lot to ask of someone, to live out here, pay their bills, and pay the fees of what it means to “be there” for one’s boy in prison.
Congrats hope everything works out for you young lady. And believe me people changed!! 11yrs my self ant the same person I was back then!!
I know that prison can change a person either to motivate them to do better, or to keep going down the same destructive path. Ultimately it's up to them to choose their fate. I believe people deserve second chances. None of us are perfect and should not judge those that have made mistakes. We all deserve grace and compassion.
My gf is currently locked since 2021, i miss tf outta her. She comes home july 1st. I can't wait. We didn't start dating until 6 months ago, but we've had a relationship for 10 years.
@Delano621 I've done time too, she's done more than me tho. Probation violation from 2 counties, 1 gave her 6 months and our hometown gave her 3 years. They fck everyone, it really needs to be looked into honestly. People can't believe the times they give out
@@j.sargent9172 move to Canada . Less time or no time. Or don't do crimes
Omg, Natasha! If you see this, I'd love to hear back from you. I live in Cortland, about a half hr or 45 min from Syracuse. This is going to be a great interview!
@@natashacherrelleMaybe we could get together for lunch? Coffee? I just think it's cool to be living close to one another. I'm talking to a guy that's at midstate, too.
@@beachgirl6305Well how would you want to do that? I don't have your contact info.
This is a real ass chick. If you see this I commend you for what you’re doing truly, I was with someone for 5 years. We had a baby. I went away. Pretty much instantly she fell off. Not only fell off but really screwed me over on top of leaving. It’s a hard thing to do to hold it down for a man but I told myself when I get home that will be the main thing I would look for in a girl. ( although I would never put myself in a situation to go back) I want a girl that I know will hold it down stay true, loyal, and answer the phone. And I found one, now the tables have turned. I have SOLE custody of the son I had with the girl who left and did me dirty when I was away, and I currently have a baby on the way with the love of my life that will always hold it down and stay true. It feels good to know you have a girl like that. Does a lot for a mans self esteem. When you have her. Don’t let her go. Respect to this women
If the role was Reversed would you remain loyal faithful and go into a closet? And do the bid with that female? You would have another woman you would be livin your life to the fullest
Syracuse NY AwReady my favorite squads!!... Judging her Essence ol Boy got him a real one , hopefully they don't end up like the couples on Love after Lock up!!
Noooo we won't be going on there. 😂😂😂 I honestly was already on the fence about doing this interview with Ian because of how nasty and rude people can be and have been with their negative energy and nasty comments, but I should have expected that. But yes he definitely has a real woman by his side, and he knows that.❤
Before I retired, as a CO, I was assigned to visiting for a short amount of time which is where the weddings happened at my prison. I was surprised at how many weddings took place at the Prison. As a free person it was kind of sad to watch the ceremony and reception which usually consisted of Microwave chicken wings, microwave popcorn and honey buns. Weddings should be a very special time but who am I to judge. As long as it was special to the couple, thats what matters, I guess.
It's not like that's our final wedding. We plan on getting remarried and doing everything all over once he's home. It's just something we both chose to do for ourselves and what works for us. I'm not ashamed or embarrassed. I have no reason to be. People do what works for them. Thank you for not being a jerk about it.
@@natashacherrelle That's awesome Natasha! I'm sure your final wedding will be beautiful. I really enjoyed your interview! Good luck to you both!
I really like her energy, too! Is her husband still in Elmira prison?
Damn she bad 😎
He must've put it on her before he went in because she's a looker
Glad we got to see squints knees today .. that was a treat. Look like marshmallows stacked up on a stick
My prison wife is gone gone away for awhile and while I don’t wish that on anyone I’m loving it. I’m playing the field on the outside while she thinks I’m loyal to her on the inside. She’s having all kinds of affairs on the inside but pretending to me to be loyal as I am on the outside. Both of us are free spirits loving life except she is on the inside while I’m on the outside.
I haven't took a picture of my hubby and I 😢
HE AXED ME TO MARRY HIM 😂
Ian your podcast is dope as fuck!
She’s talking about Visa “sponsorship” with the woman from London
@@natashacherrelle You did an amazing job! This interview was great!! I don’t blame u for saying no bc anything she would’ve done here would’ve been on you. That’s a weird thing to ask someone you don’t know like that! All the luck to u and ur husband! Free him!!
@@JB-ez2jz I agree 100%. For her to say I wouldn't be responsible was an understatement. I still haven't talked to her, but I wish her the best with her husband. Hopefully she found a way to come to the states to be closer to her husband. And thank you. I'm missing my husband everyday he's away. Just counting down the days until he makes it home.🙏🏽
Microwave foods are not good for you to much sodium
Factor is actually fresh and not sodium riddled. It'll go bad quick
Way too many ads!!! Ughhhh
Interview bill feezy
It isn't easy he's locked down that means she's locked down that inmate can't go nowhere she can't either, what kind of life is that? he can't take her nowhere that inmate can't give her A Beautiful life.
Sittin up in a cage like a Slave. To Each his own not me I'm not goin in a closet and stifle myself. All those things you have done for that Inmate while their away won't mean nothin when he gets out after all of that that guy can give his A$$ to kiss after you have been nice and generous with your time he don't have to give none of his time...that person don't have to give the time nor the day
What's up with the jumpsuit Pablo boxing I heard you chickened out
Ian such a noob makes sense he was in a low man doesnt even kno what a conjugal is
Literally she tells you 4 states do it, I know about them because of a documentary. Not everyone will
Axed or asked?
"He axed me..."🤮 Get real...
Ian bick I hope someone finds you
TH-cam need to give platforms to people that deserve it. Not doing dumb things and going to jail.
This episode is boring as fuck
proof that women love that bad boys, she literally fell in love when she found out he was getting locked up
I knew him since I was 15yrs old before he ever went to prison...Did you not pay attention to the interview? Or did you just want to comment to sound like you know what you were talking about?😒🤣
Here's the timeline I got - first you weren't very serious like off and on, then he gets convicted and you're like have my babies@@natashacherrelle
