I have a Ransom Ware pop up that came up ONLY on Google Chrome. Mozila is fine. What is the best way to remove it. Will the temp files remove it by deleting them. I had to hard shut off my laptop when this Ransomware popped up as it locked me out of the Google Chrome browser. Thanks. (Window 10 Laptop is my computer).

My Google Drive has stopped or paused uploading a large number of files since my computer went to sleep. It's a little unclear as its status of estimated completion time does not change. how do I restore my deleted cache?
Hi I really need some help if anyone has ideas please. I've just cleared cache and cookies now don't have access to Internet apart from Google searches. I can't access Gmail or other sites requiring a password that I need for study. Any ideas appreciated!
I made the mistake of using the advanced cleaning and wound up deleting all my cookies and passwords, which is what I suspect you did as well. I had to manually re-enter every password to get everything back. Now, I only use the basic cleaning. This really should be clarified in this video, what happens when you use advanced.

No only if you select delete passwords. If you find your passwords gone after doing this, click in the username boxes and you should find your saved usernames and affiliated passwords already loaded and all you have to do is click on them.
