A fellow Canadian pilot from Ontario, gotta sub 😀 Awesome channel and whooping! @@xORLOCKx honestly man you won’t regret it. After flying micros so much it makes flying bigger drones feel easier since you have so much more float and time in the air. Make sure to try the Fractal75 on quicksilver firmware. They have a preset for it and it’s just perfect!
@@FLAIR93 thanks man and yeah I’ve got another frame that I might just do that. Would use motors with a 1.5mm motor shaft though versus the 1mm on this build
@@lifebehindtheselens there is a rumour that fractal engineering is working on an 85mm version of his frame so that might be possible in the hopefully near future
Subbed ya sick rip and Tek_ is an awesome dude!!! I also have two of his frames. Do you happen to know the size of the hardware you used to mount the motors/ducts and the AIO and VTX? I am needing to order the hardware somewhere to put mine together. I am going with an HDZ whooplite combo and BetaFPV AIO along with some 25,000kv snowblowers motors!!! Excited to get it built. Thanks
@@P.G._FPV thanks man and he sure is!! I used the hardware that comes with the fractal for the for the motors/ducts. Not too sure what length they are but I believe they are M1.6. The AIO I used has a build in VTX so you would need longer M2 screws than I used. I suggest just getting a big set of M2 screws from Amazon or something. Always comes in handy. Goodluck with the build man!
@ if you can find decent nylon M2 screws you could try that too. You are going to have a heavier build than me with the two boards stacked so weight will be more of an issue for you than me.
New sub here! Do you fly in acro? I haven’t messed with tiny whoops in years and remember how acro mode made flying impossible inside the house. Just ordered the betafpv air 65 to give me something to fly around the house during winter. I’m an avid 5” freestyle guy mostly
@@APS-yo8oy appreciate the sub 🙏 I always fly in acro aside from if I ever need to do line of sight. Not impossible to fly inside but it’s definitely got a steeper learning curve than flying outside. With the Air65 you will probably want to get a different canopy that allows you to lower the camera angle. The stock one is very steep and a little hard to control inside the house. Not impossible but definitely not ideal. If you fly 5” freestyle though I’m sure you have enough stick time to get the hand of ripping a whoop inside!
