Nice informative video, 1 thing I like to add. wearing a helmet on the bike sounds good and all. But in fact its more dangerous than not wearing one. Because helmets ristrict your vision and movability of your head. Wear a helmet when your young or unstable when cycling! But if you are experienced, please leave the helmet at home and focus on the road!
