One thing i dont get.. for you the squad strength (when you click on the squad) and the strength when attacking zombies for example are different. For me it is both the same
I played many gotcha games. I been playing this game for about a month now, and noticed the gold hero pull rates are terrible. I did about 80 pulls and only got Murphy. Really makes me not want to play the game, because I can't get a second gold hero without I guess paying money
You have to check the chance, and recruiting normally only gives you Murphy. The rest is impossible to not spend, unless they're spins like Swift and DVA, which I got both without spending money but the diamonds to get the shards.

Having all same type give you buffs, Kimberly most important hero. Tech is most important to have strong squad...

What about grouping heros in the squad to get the two star shield boost? 4 example tanks together, copters together and missiles etc?

You forgot about tank aircraft and missile centers....and most importantly the tech...i.e heros, units, garage and very important tech special forces

Always complete arms race. The skills medal you earn per chest accumulates over time
Please tell me if it is possible to get Kimberly without paying for it
I got Kimberly without paying but the game still offers to sell her to me

You can obtain 10 Kimberly shards and unlock her. Same with any hero.
