What did you do with the light green liquid that is poured out? I use mine to cook rice. Still have some fragrance. I have frozen a portion of the concentrate in the freezer as an experiment. Will use it at a later date.
The clear pandan ‘water’ may be used for making Agar Agar or steaming pulut. You can also mix with the concentrated extract to get the desired shade of colour for your kueh.
Pandan water can be used when making agar agar, steam pulut, cook nasi lemak or rice etc. Its also useful to get your desired shade of green for your Kueh by mixing with some concentrated extract.

The clear pandan juice is still very fragrant and can be used to flavour foods that you want to have a pandan essence but not the green colour!

If you want some added mild pandan flavour and fragrant. You can add to agar agar, nasi lemak, syrup or even the rice for kueh salat or kueh lopes etc
