Spring Series 2013: Republic Services 2201

Here we have truck 2201 collecting in Barberton one spring afternoon. This used to be my recycle truck, but they put Phil in 2204 as it is overall just a better truck. This truck is used a a spare, but it has been used in Barberton quite often lately as he would much rather drive it than a side load. They put a reconditioned bucket on this truck since the last time I filmed it, and man does it look nice good! A big thanks goes out to the driver for making this possible!!!

Yep!!! That's what I said when I first saw it. The old Slammin Eagle is still on 2224, it just got a fresh coat of yellow paint. The brown bucket from 2225 had been painted and is in circulation somewhere, but they move the buckets around all the time so there is no guessing what truck its on now. I believe the old blue bucket from 2266 is now gone.

I don't know if Wyandotte will ever get lighter. They won't budge on anything and our yard is in KCK. If we don't play nice with them they'll make operations real difficult for us. I hate politics.
