Behind this tent, at 12:00 A.M. (00:00) on a Friday (between a Thursday and a Friday) appears a Gold Treasure Chest, in which lies the Krypt Key OT, which unlocks Liu Kang as a playable character. The treasure chest only appears for a limited amount of seconds, so make sure you snatch it open fast, or else you'll have to wait a whole week before you'll have the chance to get the Krypt Key again. Remember, the chest only appears at midnight between a Thursday and a Friday. You can always meditate to speed up the process of waiting; just make sure you stop meditating early enough so you won't miss the treasure chest.
