If you don’t like the idea of an advent calendar, and just want to buy your own stuff, just go to a shop. It is to be expected that you will pay a bit more for these type of novelty packages. And when it comes to rip offs, think of all the other things that are rip offs that people like - cigarettes, booze, fishing gear, motor bikes, caravans, tattoos, season tickets, holidays etc etc.
I think these are quite cool, obviously if you do what I did and open it all at once, it's nothing more than a mystery box, but opening these 1 box at a time as a build up to Christmas where you'll probably end up getting the darts stuff you want anyway is a really cool idea and keeps it exciting

I bought one and there were target carrera sports in it wich are worth 84€ in Germany. All summed up it cost me 100€ and was worth over 200€ so actually a pretty good deal.

My Impartial thoughts are Hummm. pluses its much better quality looks wise and content wise looks stylish and festive at the same time looks say quality to me. mail order shipping time is very good the fact its in German means you a few pick n mix choices on the day eni meenie miney mo lets pick the one that looks best lol. the set of darts are 50/50 as you would expect some real good and some not so much. Minuses i would say very middle class there isn't many missus would buy you this one lol. Reality check or moan if you like lol... So lets face it this is just a way of palming off old stock re packaged and re branded by throwing in some contemporary stuff like the Christmas flights Etc so all good if you have a ton to chuck away for shit n giggles but better off just asking Mrs Santa for the darts you really want if you have the balls I mean lol lol lol...
Yeah I agree with what you're saying! I think at the end of the day, if you open this as an advent calendar and you're quite new to the game or easily impressed, this is great. As a long standing player or collector, it's really nothing more than an okay/good mystery box

Honestly, I'd rather design a set of custom darts for the money this cost, although the MVG and Taylor set are quite nice.

You put a ring in the hole then put the flight into the stem and it basically fixes the flight into place to stop it falling out.
