Ocd is also a big part of what's brought me here. 💔 Been battling it on/off throughout my life and didn't realize what it was or that its what I had until a few years ago. Over the past few months its been very bad. Decided a few days ago, I finally wanted to surrender my life to God. But even in doing so, I'm struggling with past emotional baggage/ stress from even trying to consider let alone actually making that decision. In the past I didn't trust God with my life, my happiness, or that he even cared or loved me. Wasn't sure if I believed, what faith really was, if I had enough. The thought of having a relationship with Him or surrendering my life was too emotionally stressful- some of the biggest thoughts were what if I do let go- will he be there for me the way I feel I need Him? ( that was my biggest wound, feeling like he wasnt there when i needed Him and didnt care about me. Over the 8-9 years throughout my spiritual journey, He was/ and has been there, and showed me that He was , and that He did actually love me❤ ) will I be happy or still miserable hoping God will be there? Once I make this decision, how do I know it's real now- that I'm saved- that he is there ( the last one would drive me crazy- like I knew id freak out and take the decision back for that alone, I'd obsess and stress, and a long time ago that's what I did- said i surrendered then took it back.) These feelings have sort of come back and reminded me why I avoided spiritual things and this decision for so long and so much. The feeling of God I really need you-this OCd is too much and I really can't handle it anymore I need you to heal me and take it away now- God I wish I felt instant relief and deliverance like some people seem to in their testimonies- it doesn't feel like your here again- God I feel emotionally on edge like last time and all over the place, I can't control my emotions, if trying to follow you is gonna make me feel like this again, then I don't want to. I just wanna go back to managed chaos and kinda feeling ok.
It's been a stressful, couple of days, but I'm coming out on the other side and better than the last time. I'm still not handling this well. I need help and prayer. What she said about surrendering and trusting God hit home

The lord Jesus never stopped working , his presence is always around you dear, and right now he is setting your son free from every problem, depression and alcohol and mending his heart and yours, just try to learn more on God and know he is faithful and trustworthy even if you feel you are left out. I'm tired being harass in my own bathroom over the sound of water running whenever I take showers. I'm tired my nextdoor neighbor harassing me behind the shared walls whenever im doing normal activities in kitchen or living room. I pray to God every day and night for new neighbors, someone that will come in and take their places for nextdoor and upstairs 🙏🏽

I've always wanted to participate for a long time, but the price volatility has been very confusing to me. Although I have watched many TH-cam videos about it, I still find it difficult to understand.
I was having a great weekend and was literally on Cloud 9 and then some bad thoughts started to kick in and for the rest of the week, I was struggling with my self esteem and self worth.
