  • Green wire turning signal & hazard lights for both sides
    Green/yellow brake lights
    Green/white wire-running lights
    Black-ground
If you do get the same kit, your yellow wires goes to both turning signals the yellow wires tell you the wire for right tail light & for left tail light. You do need to run a wire across the trunk to other tail light, on my Altima the wires for turning & hazard lights are the same colors for both tail lights (green) you will need to figure it out for your car with a test light. For brake light the kit has a white wire, that will go to green/yellow on the Altima. For your power (red) & (green) wire on the kit you will join those together and tap it green/white running lights on the Altima. As for the black wire on kit goes to ground.

How you doing Taco? My buddy and I tried to hook up the 3rd brake light, that goes to the top of the rear window. We connected the red positive, and ground (black) and we got nothing? No brake light, right from the start. We turned the headlights on, everything. He connected the green wire, which is the sequential wire, which is illegal. Once you hook the positive, and ground, I should get the full break light, correct?? We didn’t

Arnel N I wouldn’t know what wires your car has bro grab a test light and you’ll find out quick as for the wire I went to Walt mart to grab the wire, it’s like and 18 gauge I believe you can pick up a cheap test light at Walt mart also for like $3 bucks

Taco, is there a difference, if you start at the right side tail light, or the left? Or it doesn’t matter? I bought the LED 144 for my back window, and I wanna make sure I start, on the proper side? Plus the green wire was a flashing mode like police lights, and is illegal?

    • @yungmexican32
      @yungmexican32  3 ปีที่แล้ว

You can tap it on left or right doesn’t matter, and honestly it’s better if you can get a red led strip instead of the led white you might get pulled over with the white one

@@yungmexican32 thanks, yeah, I just got the all red one today. I couldn’t for the life of me, figure out, how to get the blinkers, and hazards? I just had a couple connections wrong? FINALLY, I have a working light! The last one I bought, I had to send back. Had a bad connection where it snaps together? I have a slight flicker, on the passenger side, but I think it’s my connection? I’m done for tonight. Thanks for the advice 👍

@@yungmexican32 I can’t figure this out Taco? I connected the red wire to the brake light, next blinkers, black (negative) I sanded a spot off the paint, so I get a good ground? I’ll get the brake light, then the blinkers won’t work, or flashers? What the hell am I doing wrong? White is brake light, red is power, both yellow are turn signals, I hook it up, and one or another, doesn’t work? I don’t get it? I’m using the same exact test light as you.

    • @markochman75

@@yungmexican32 solid light is brake light, right? Put your blinker on, and the test light blinks, that’s your signals, black is ground. I connect all that, and get one or the other? I’m missing something?

LED Trunk Flow Light [Need Help]
I have an LED Trunk Flow Light intended for signaling/braking.
It should be very easy to install...
    I have a 2013 Mazda 3 I-SV
Just messing around to see how this works I hooked them up to a 9v Battery, they work, so in short, its not a dud…
Now to test them out, I connected the Red (+)Power to the + side of the 9v, then I connected the Black(-)Ground wire to the - side of the 9v… its getting power!
I now connect the Yellow(+)Left Turn Signal Wire to the Gray(+) Left Turn Signal wire in my car, nothing happens…. Their is two wires that connect to my Left Turn Signal, the Gray is Definitely (+)
because when I test this by placing the RED(+)Power, with the Yellow(+)Left Turn Signal Wire and attach them both to the Gray(+) Left Turn Signal wire in my car, all the lights begin to flash.
Anyone know what the hell is going on?
