A good tip if you wann Spectate the Train after its derailment: Drive with the Train over a Red signal and save as quick as you can. When returned to the Menu, load the Last saved Game and your are back on that point where you already passed the Red signal. From now on, you can pass every Signal and also Crash/Derail and thus without being kicked back to menu. Hope this Helps to improve your channel.
