You seem to have impeller style blades but the air is exausting through the motor. The side channels appear fairly small in crossectional area compared to the intake. Does this cause a lot of resistance on the motor? Why choose this over a more fan style blade?
Thanks for the comment. I think impeller can keep pressure longer on load. This is the usual design for vacoom cleaners, so it was very logical to go the same way.

Maybe :), I haven't decided yet the way I like to finish this project...some of my tries wasn't satisfying enough....
