I love this video so much, thank you Noel. I live in the UK and often have travelled from Heathrow to Boston. I’m in a long distance relationship with my bf who lives in the states, and I don’t know when I’ll be able to see him again because of covid. This video captures the full experience of travelling to Boston perfectly (crying baby included) and is extremely comforting to me during this hard time. I like to watch this video while pretending that I’m going to visit him. Thank you
I'm in a similar situation Lisa tho it's between 2 different countries tho I'm a kiwi and I'm engaged to my beautiful future wife to be from Pakistan but she lives in Seoul South Korea. We meet in 2011 in the Philippines and now she's living right now in Seoul. I was meant to fly to Seoul last year in July 2020 to marry her then bring her back to NZ I had booked my airfares in January 2020 then covid-19 hit and in March 2020 Jacinda Ardern closed our borders off to the whole world we have been closed off to the world since March 2020 I'm hoping we'll be reopen to the world next year in 2022 so I can fly back over to marry my future Bride. It's been so tough not getting over there and being with her. They're waiting for our country to be 80% vaccined first before slowly opening up our borders to the world again. I'm getting my vaccine this Sunday my first shot of 2 shots. They plan to make it apart of our passport if we want to fly. I haven't seen her in the flesh since we got engaged in October 2018. So right now she's in Korea while I'm in New Zealand so Lisa I know how you do feel. These governments don't think about ones like us they don't care.
Actually its Lift, the engines provide the thrust. The wings do the heavy lifting :) There are four forces acting on aircraft, Thrust, Drag, Lift and Gravity. For straight and level flight, all forces are equal. For takeoff, lift is over coming gravity etc. But I really think there is 5 forces that act on aircraft and the last one is MONEY, with out that last one the other four do NOT work. ;)
I strongly agree with you but these wings on A380-800 are too big and totally enough to lift the aircraft actually, since these wings are designed to also use them on A380-900 and A380-1000 they were planning when they first designed the A380 itself
The last summer where I genuinely felt great and still young, and it was a good UK summer as I recall well. Weird how nostalgia works from just watching videos like this.
This one is really very nicely done, I haven’t flown since the pandemic started but this one can make me seem as if i would be flying especially since when i last flew on this aircraft i kept the meal trays and i can now even put a homemade inflight meal alongside this film even having the BA A380 trolley handy. The one i bought online is exactly the same colour and design as the ones you showed here
Because when ba sold stuff during the pandemic i was really excited to replicate the full ba experience at home. The flight announcements the sounds can really make my own experience come to life.
Plane... My dream 😍 I wish fly away... And becoming a stewardess, or pilot. I flew on true simulator, I loved that expérience!! Thanks for your videos, I can dream... Sorry for my English 😂😂
@@FutboleditzYT It’s amazing, since this com, I’m a pilot on ultra light aircraft and a future flight attendant, I have already my certificate (CCA). It’s fun!

No just stay in Australia. I grew up in London until i was 15, now Im 36 and live in Florida after 10 years in NYC. It shit here. I wish i could go to Australia and NZ. All we have are rude, fat, racist, drug addict, and on welfare abusers.
For those of you wondering how this massive A380-900 fly it's because planes can fly from lift force from the flaps and airfoil of the aircraft that molecule in air push forwards from thrust force. These are huge machines, but the help of 4 engines can push this A380 forward. Flap increase surface areas of the wing, which made easier to brake and slowdown for takeoff/landing and airfoil control the lift of the aircraft. During takeoff, the pilot increase the thrust and the engine blasting push back from the ground and the elevator is use to get the plane off the ground. You will learn these 4 forces of flights (Lift, Weight, Thrust and Drag) in flight school or major in aviation, subject is physics. I'm currently learning for B777-300ER, but I know a few quite components and technology system of A380 and it's very hard to learn. My pleasure for explaining, great to give people knowledge about aviation. See you in the sky!
Noel, who was that lady you was talking to about the Lancaster bomber that was rescued.. would make a great podcast... Loved listening to that conversation

@Evral Tatum-Mcfield this flight (London to Boston) only takes ~6 hours and 30 minutes; but, yeah, you've got a valid point: depending on the person, it can get very stressful, very quickly!
You saw those guys taking pictures when you were taxiing to the gate. U.S. carriers don’t have any A380s, I’m sure that JFK, LAX and SFO gets their share. I’m guessing Boston doesn’t. The A380 turns heads in Boston. Seems many people caught that, “Boeing A380” mistake from the steward also.
