So true....rinsing with cold water at the end of your shower makes your hair thicker. Also most hairdryers have a cool air function....just blow dry your hair with cool instead of hot air. Derma rolling works if you have thinning spots on your scalp.

Brush a lot, like a lot a lot. Brush your teeth for 4-minutes then floss then mouthwash. And also brush 6 times a day. Maybe try a whitening kit if money permits.
Ive always found, applying some argan oil to your wet hair and then using hair product. I use a mix of suave groom and clean and styling cream from old spice and apply to my hair and let it air dry. Style it with my hands and it comes out well.

Also, I wash my hair everyday night, using conditioner only. I only shampoo twice a week because of your advice. I always wake up though in the mornings with no product in my hair obviously. I have to wash my hair every morning just to get my hair to look good. so my hair is absolutely nuts looking when I don’t. Hey Alex, been following your hair tips for a while and I love them yet every time I dry my hair mostly with a towel once dried bits of my hair stick up and my hair goes puffy and I guess frizzy, i put some anti frizz serum stuff on that minimises it but it's still sticks up a lot. Bearing in mind too I have a short hairstyle. I hate it and I wish my hair looked somewhat like yours when styled, not stuck up in bits all the time like mine.
All this brands, Garnier, Nivea, Dove for Men, Head and Shoulder, Old Spice etc. use Sodium Laureth Sulfate, which has been declared as harmful for your hair and scalp. That's why I switched to more expensive but completely natural products for my hair and difference it did to my hair was noticeable after second washing. So guys, my advice, don't stick with brand names that claim this and that, instead pay attention to ingredients put into the products first. By the way Alex, great tips every video, great content, keep it up man!
