yea but how i make the eyes not out on the player i mean if i move it the skin is out but the eyes are not with it
Interesting question.
Not sure if this helps, but double check to make sure everything is all being done on the first key frame. After that, all the eyes and related pieces should be patented to the head as separate pieces. Move them into place and it should work.
I may not understand the question completely. But if I need to make an updated video, I can maybe do that when I have some spare time.

alright when i try to delete it wont work i keep clicking the mouse and the eyes wont get erased
If skindex doesn't work for deleting the eyes you may just need to restart skindex. If not, the next best thing would be to edit your skin's directly with a program like Photoshop or even paint.

How do I move more then one cube
Sorry for the late response, if you want to move more than one at the same time, go to your key frames and shift click each from of the blocks you wish to move. That will allow you to edit both at the same time. Hope that helps!
