Kindly read more books in hindi/ English and atleast read gujarati news articles and good author Gujarati book..u automatically improve vocabulary and then daily write 2-3 pages on ur own. U will done. During my interview also, I practiced till last. And Ureka!

You have to know writing in Gujarati because you have to clear Gujarati language paper,which is mandatory to write in Gujarati i think.better ask some coaching centre
