Thank you for the videos. I’ll adapt some of them to my beginner 9-10 year old team. How to you teach 9-10 y/o’s to move their feet and move to hit the ball instead of watching it drop? Again, this is a new rec team, no experience. Thank you!

Someone needs to get in there and start correcting technique... bad form = wasted reps
