I’m also surprised that people are dragging vdm ,the dragging should be on Bob risky whose voice was clearly heard , he was the one that mentioned names , very low way of reasoning, them go chase hole leave the rat they suppose chase. Naiem make our country better like this well well mchewww. Like I will say to you, your way of reasoning is top notch i salute your courage 🙏.
Falz have proved me wrong! I used to think lawyers are very smart set of people, but from the way Falz is reacting to this, he might be a lawyer, but he is not smart! In his demand letter to VDM, he agreed that there was communication between him and Bobrisky! It doesn't matter who called who! Also, in that same demand letter, he reiterated the fact that Bobrisky did not go to the correctional facility! If Femi Falana Chambers did not facilitate the expunging of money laundering offence from Bobrisky charges, then which lawyer did, cos in that voice note, Bobrisky already accused his lawyer of messing up his case! What is the connection between him and Bobrisky? All these happening to the once revered name of Femi Falana(SAN) is a payback for the part he is playing in twarting justice for Mohbad! This music just started!!😂
Neither do i oooo. I really dont know what vdm own is in all of this. Na recorded message when all of us hear na iim e discuss. No attention on whi make the message. The thing tire me. God help us!!
We are not illiterates. Playing the video is not the reason why he was told retract and apologise but because of the commentaries during and after the video
@TTeecomics I don't care how you see it, all I know is that vdm has done the much that he can...And am sure he even attended to that request just cuz of lawyer Falana and not cuz of Falz's request. If you are not ok with that, then get busy.
@@jacjoel622 i know you don't put efforts in making your contents, you just wait for VDM to post and then you repost it by running a little commentary on his video...but that shouldn't stop you from understanding how the libel law works
@@eunice2699 in the law of libel, we have the author and the publisher. VDM is the publisher and since he published it, he has stained the image of falana. someone can potentially be sued for defamation if they insinuate or state that another person is gay, but whether such a lawsuit would succeed depends on several factors, including the laws of the specific jurisdiction and the context of the statement. Key considerations: Defamation Law Basics: Defamation involves making a false statement that harms someone's reputation. Slander refers to spoken defamation, while libel refers to written defamation. To win a defamation case, the plaintiff must generally prove that the statement was false, harmful, and made with some level of fault (e.g., negligence or malice). Jurisdictional Variations: In some jurisdictions, being labeled as gay might not be seen as defamatory because public opinion on homosexuality has evolved, and being identified as LGBTQ+ is no longer considered shameful or harmful to reputation. This is especially true in places with strong anti-discrimination laws protecting LGBTQ+ individuals. However, in more conservative areas or certain contexts (e.g., religious or professional communities), insinuating that someone is gay could be seen as harmful to reputation and lead to a defamation claim. Context Matters: If the insinuation is made in a derogatory or malicious manner, or if it is presented as a false fact (rather than an opinion or joke), it could be more likely to be seen as defamatory. Some courts may assess whether the statement harmed the person's professional standing, relationships, or other aspects of their life.
