Heavy implications here that Speaker doesn't consider unrelated men and women capable of platonic friendships which is a pretty outdated idea that boils people down to their gender even if the guy didn't turn out to be her cousin. Also there is a lack of trust. If there was anything untoward happening would Listener have told him so freely and casually? That being said I'm kind of weirded out by Listener actually liking his jealousy and playing mind games with his insecurities. You performed it excellently as always and it was a great script as fiction (I'm looking forward to hearing the other 2) but if your partner is expressing these attitudes irl you probably have some stuff to work through both together and separately.
I completely understand why you feel that way. That's why I put a Disclaimer at the beginning reminding everyone that the events are completely fictional and not meant to be taken seriously. I play characters for videos and I do my best to make the performance entertaining for those viewing.
