Nagamese is useless beyond Khakati. In this globalised world, Nagas need to be conversant in the International language of trade, business and even politics. At present English holds that position, so we Nagas should try to improve our English proficiency. Much of Europe speaks English, and even Chinese, Japanese are learning English.
By your logic, we are Assamese, as Nagamese is simply a distorted form of Assamese and some Bengali, Hindi.
