Just some good advise for you as new homeowners. You should look into getting home warranty. I use Choice home warranty but there are others. You pay an annual fee and anytime anything breaks you pay $45-$75 service fee and the broken item is either fixed or replaced for free. Like for example my furnace went out. I paid $45 service fee and they replaced it for free. It covers all appliances like washer dryer refrigerator microwave dishwasher and so much more.

Y'all should look into getting cameras put up all around the house and at the beginning of the driveway. If it was Bears in your garbage, 9 times out of 10, they will come back again. They do come out in the daytime also. They caught one of my friends off guard one afternoon at a cabin that he bought. They come around different times of the day.

She was 40 at that time, To see Shine entering the world brought me so much comfort. I love watching your content when I have time.
