Can we just appreciate Hyunjin for a second. Not only did he nail his sword dance, sounded and danced amazing but he also had an opening performance. I can't imagine how hard he worked for those to be flawless and how nervous he was but i know that he nailed both of them. He looked flawless on that stage. I'm so proud of him for coming back better than ever after all the stuff he's been through this year.

THIS. This is how you perform. Stray Kids always find new unique ways to perform the same song. Like, the amount of times that 3RACHA has rearranged their songs is INSANE. The amount of creativity, uniqueness and hardwork that goes into every single SKZ stage is mind-blowing. They are truly a group full of incredibly talented aces and I will never shut up about the fact that MAMA keeps robbing them every single year. They really deserve all of those "Best Performance" awards because their performances are always on a next level, no one ever comes close to them.

I' m not a Straykids stan but YES! They are the winner of the night. I'm expecting a lot from performances from MAMA, and this year almost all of the big 3rd Gen stars are missing... so, it's the battle of 4rth gen to live up to the standards and expectations and they understood the assignment. They are the winner for me for this year in terms of the performance. They killed it!
Yes lots of rude kpop stans think MAMA 2021 would flop but Stray Kids basically exceed to the expectation! I am so proud for Stray Kids and the whole skz team and management for making this epic performance! This will be a legend, the birth of 4th gen, and SKZ lead that!!!

I feel like people who say that don't know about rapping. It's ok. If they usually only listen to pop with a bit of hip hop influence, they wouldn't know better. I don't know much about rap, but one of my favorite things is watching rappers react to Stray Kids, as they note rhythm subdivisions, melodies, bpm, breathing - and all of them are blown away.
TBH, he is quite different from others. But, I feel like his Raplines are abit crowded sometimes (ref: Mirror). Usually, he is quite incredible. I love him so much. I am not usually into rappers (except G Dragon and Bora of Sistar). But, ChangBin is Amazing.
Stray Kids just proved what a real 4th Gen King is. They start with a bang and they ended their performance with a massive explosion of confidence, growth, power, stage presence and passion.
Jypenation carried the show, lets be honest here. Itzy and Skz done their 110% for their performance. So even if twice didnt attend the show, I still watched it because of them. Good job. They actually did great, Jypenation jjang .

THIS WAS LEGENDARY!! The amount of effort they put into their performances amazes me every time. The other MAMA performances were normal. But this was on a whole other level. They got on that stage and owned every inch of it. I'm so proud of our boys. I'm so proud of being a STAY.
Imagine not only singing and doing a choreo, but on top of that, tell a story that is directly connected to your previous stage and album...Also make a new song only for this, rearrange already existing songs, keep the audience entertained by interactions and usage of a full stage. Honestly, if these awards depend solely on fan votes and popularity, they should be called "Favourite" but they're called "BEST" performance/artist etc. So QUALITY should be chosen over POPULARITY. Nevertheless, they're amazing performers, really brought out the Noise Monster and I'm a proud STAY.

This is so... good. I'm not a stray kids stan but they save the night! everyone is talented and great but 3rd gens set such high bar when in comes to performances In MAMA so such a high expectation was set up. This year, almost all of the big 3rd gens we were anticipating were not present, so it's up to the 4th gen to continue to live up to the high standard, I'm looking forward for more artistic and fire performances, something fresh and new that they could bring up to the table, apart from the original choreo and composition of the songs. And Stray kids nailed it!

It's crazy how they care so much about every detail of their performances. Hyunjin with the flaming swords, I.N with the microphone imitating Thor's hammer, the 3racha being the god's they are, their outfits, hair and makeup... They are insane. And Bang Chan always steals my heart. He looks so hot, fearless, confidant... and he looks and sounds incredible when he raps. Not to mention that "I'm not sorry I'm dirty" at 5:09. I'M SO PROUD!!!!
I'm a 2nd Gen stan and other than Bts and Twice, I didn't find much entertaining in kpop until Stray kids. You can tell by their MAMA performance they take it very seriously
Itzy and SKZ performances were the best on MAMA. JYPE artists are on another level, stage presence and talent is something no one can deny, no matter if they are not recognized enough. We know votes are by popularity and not because of talent.
In MAMA2020 Stray Kids were the best ones on stage without a single nomination, now in MAMA2021 they were the best ones exceeding expectations, there’s NO ONE doing it like them, they’re their own genre, their own concept, their own everything, the one and only Stray Kids! Deserving all the admiration and support!
they really didn’t just perform by singing, dancing, rapping their songs. they have a whole ass plot, backstory to it. they really illustrated the whole era of NOEASY and concluded it by i suppose, defeating the sound monster once and for all on the biggest stage in the industry. they’re phenomenal and no one else is doing it like them.
This performance was INCREDIBLE I loved everything. I just wish we could hear their vocals better because I know how great these guys are as performers

Cause their stage presence, performance and charisma gosh they burned the mama stage, this is what ive missed in Mama after i kept my distance in kpop industry when my 2nd gen faves disbanded. These kids brings back my interest again in kpop world, they really got my attention. They have fun genuinely with their performance :)

idk how to say this, but maybe the reason of why they have a totally DIFFERENT clothing is bcuz the theme is ‘hero’, they’re the heroes and heroes have an individual unique style..
Their performance is the grandest and strongest so far. They really made a big noise with their retro pop rock Thunderous version. Their talent, musicality, versatility and presence is beyond everyone's imagination.

THIS WAS LEGENDARY!! The amount of effort they put into their performances amazes me every time. The other MAMA performances were normal. But this was on a whole other level. They got on that stage and owned every inch of it. I'm so proud of our boys. I'm so proud of being a STAY.
Imagine not only singing and doing a choreo, but on top of that, tell a story that is directly connected to your previous stage and album...Also make a new song only for this, rearrange already existing songs, keep the audience entertained by interactions and usage of a full stage. STRAY KIDS ARE THE BEST PERFORMERS AND THAT IS A FACT!

I'm a 3rd gen groups stan and MAMA 2021 could be boring for me but honestly speaking, SKZ and ITZY didn't let that happen. They were on fire and had a lit performance which didn't bore me. I'm not even a fan of both groups but kudos to them.

Stray Kids was spectacular tonight! No one can and WILL say otherwise. Someday, Stray Kids will receive the recognition they truly deserve. As an artist, I know they desire it too for all the hard work and effort they put out. If these award shows are selecting winners based on the level of artistry, then it's either they are blind or deaf or numb or no sense of artistry themselves to not recognize Stray Kids for who they are. But it seems that it is mainly about popularity, seeing 60% of the criteria is all about sales and view counts and 100% voting. Anyway, on to the next year! I really wish that 3racha will receive such recognition as a producer too.

Honestly, if these awards depend solely on fan votes and popularity, they should be called "Favourite" but they're called "BEST" performance/artist etc. So QUALITY should be chosen over POPULARITY. Nevertheless, they're amazing performers, really brought out the Noise Monster and I'm a proud STAY.

This is so... good. I'm not a stray kids stan but they save the night! everyone is talented and great but 3rd gens set such high bar when in comes to performances In MAMA so such a high expectation was set up. This year, almost all of the big 3rd gens we were anticipating were not present, so it's up to the 4th gen to continue to live up to the high standard, I'm looking forward for more artistic and fire performances, something fresh and new that they could bring up to the table, apart from the original choreo and composition of the songs. And Stray kids nailed it!

It's crazy how they care so much about every detail of their performances. Hyunjin with the flaming swords, I.N with the microphone imitating Thor's hammer, the 3racha being the god's they are, their outfits, hair and makeup... They are insane.
And Bang Chan always steals my heart. He looks so hot, fearless, confidant... and he looks and sounds incredible when he raps.

Stray Kids performance is the ONLY thing that made waking up at 4am to watch MAMA live worth it. Ya’ll are the best!
they really didn’t just perform by singing, dancing, rapping their songs. they have a whole ass plot, backstory to it. they really illustrated the whole era of NOEASY and concluded it by i suppose, defeating the sound monster once and for all on the biggest stage in the industry. they’re phenomenal and no one else is doing it like them.
