I think about the last round win is because the floor panel of the planted defuser got destroyed and the defuser drop a little bit so the system considered it as the defuser is outside of the bomb room
What happened in the last clip is basically you cant plant the defuser if the ground is broken so when you broke the ground in counted as disabled. The game was not glitching there but few people know that.
