Rock n Roll music Industry needs to pay me so I can buy this property. BMI ripped my family off by paying the wrong payee for the last 70 years. It's now a legal matter with Sony's legal department.

That's what I was trying to guess. Who's house was this? Someone in the music business? But if you have this much money, yes, why would you want to live in Bullhead City AZ? Nice garage with nice (small) boats, and access to the river. But? The River? You can only go a short distance on the river. There are obstructions and blockages all along the river, both north and south. And with low water sometimes you cannot go anywhere in the river. You are still 250 miles out of Los Angeles out there. Oh well.

Love the desert and love the heat and love the Colorado river also BHCis an excellent location for travel throughout the west.
