I can understand why one in the Spirit world who had never known “ not love “ before might want to experience that but it boggles my mind why anyone who had already done time on Earth 🌍 would intentionally choose re incarnation knowing they would be experiencing that “ not love “ again. I’m gonna need at least a few million years holiday to heal from the PTSD of this trip.
My suspicion is that we are some how coerced into coming back. Meaning, If we are easily mislead here on earth odds are high the afterlife is no different. Why they push this place over and over is anybodys guess

I had an experience that I realised was similar to an NDE except I wasn't dying. I had been suicidal for weeks in the lockdowns and was going through an awakening about our current reality, including covid lockdowns being a scam. I was struggling with wanting to go on. One evening, suddenly I felt this unconditional love wash over me. It felt so amazing and like nothing I'd felt before, I think I even started to laugh joyously. I looked out the window and there was a bright sunset across the hills. I felt there was a light source (god) with two angels on either side. Without speaking, the message they gave me was that I was right about my understanding of covid, but that everything would be OK. I'm not sure how long it lasted, but I wanted to just stay connected to them in the light feeling that incredible love.

This is all very comforting, to think that we have access and/or come from a place of unconditional love, but I’m having a REALLY hard time believing that we’ve chosen this miserable life in human society on earth. I’ve suffered from debilitating depression and anxiety for most of my 62 years. The only reason that I haven’t taken my own life is that I have people that depend on me and I would never want them to feel that horrible level of sadness that I have experienced for most of my life. Why would I go through a “pre-birth” process and choose this for myself? I can tolerate physical pain quite well but the mental pain is excruciating. There is so much never-ending sadness in this life on earth and most of it is caused by nasty humans. Do these nasty humans also plan to come to earth to cause pain to others? How could anyone choose such an awful existence? Makes no sense.
Contrast - to experience the not-you. There is only one reality and you will return to it and this will be but a dream, a blink of an eye. Then it will make sense. It doesn't have to now.

After a life of 54 years, mostly suffering through nasty humans indeed, i feel totally deceived into coming in this life, which i never would have choose myself. Look up a thing or two about contrast… if we did not have contrast, there’d be no advancement in your life, society or the world at large. If there was no contrast, you wouldn’t know the difference between “empath” and “sociopath” because there’d be nothing to compare the two. If there was no love or hate, we wouldn’t know what love or hate is… contrast helps us gain a clearer understanding of the things that we do want vs the things that we do not want, and it allows us to appreciate the good. I can relate to your comments. As far as our memories getting wiped, from what I've read, our memories are retained by our higher selves (as well as by Source in the Akashic Records), but are not kept in our memories while we are physical so that we always start fresh with each incarnation. Can you imagine remembering the 500 spouses and 1000+ children, etc, that you've had through all your lives -- not to mention the many struggles and tragedies that may have happened during that time? It would be too overwhelming to retain.

I Remember choosing my parents and only had a choice of 2 sets. My Dad and his sister from same family plus partners. I was to become a healer and my Grandad was going to lead me on the path.

Lovely interview. I have a better grasp of why we came to earth in the first place. Because I always wondered why we would come to a lower realm to experience life when we were higher beings. Its basically to experience the contrast and value what we really have as a collective. By the way, the moment I saw my wife, I instantly knew that she was the one.
I’m my opinion the soul is love. The soul chooses challenges to grow and if a soul is very young (they have not incarnated many times) they may not understand how to navigate the world as a human just yet and so they do things in a way that is harmful to others. And so they set karma for their next lives that they have to balance in order to grow. They are simply here to learn how to survive
People who have made intentional decisions over and over to ignore their higher conscience until it is as good as "dead" within them. People who push goodness out of their hearts. Abusive people. Everything is love, but in this world, there are pockets of absence where evil occurs. Evil happens in empty hearts that have pushed everything else out.
Souls who have forgotten who they truly are and why they are here, who choose to use their free will to rebel against Spirit/God, and identify with the lower aspects of reality to experience worldly pleasures convert themselves into self-centered Egos, which are the most likely to practice immoral tactics to further their own survival, even at the expense of other Souls due to their perception of being separate/independent from God and their ignorance of their Souls' immortality.
Rob’s work is completely mind blowing. I was lucky enough to take robs 6 week course and in of the exercises he took us through how to find out what virtues we came to earth to learn, from some of the experiences we’ve had thus far on earth. It gives you clue, to why we go through some of the hardships and how they’ve all been pre planned. His 3 books are by far the most impactful I’ve ever read.
Robert, you are a brilliant messenger as always! I have 3 of your books and adore them. Another purpose of life which I have thought about is similar to 'contrast'. It is that we are limited by the physical incarnation; for example, through our five senses. So we experience life through our limited physical incarnation in order to compare it with a less limited spiritual existence. Thus we may then better appreciate our less limited spiritual consciousness. In other words 'appreciative comparison'. To appreciate light we might first know darkness.
That can be true. Why would a soul made of love want to suffer and endure so many trials? If everything is perfect up above, there's no need to be unhappy on earth. I won't eat this.

There's one thing I can never understand about all this... is that why would a soul ever want to come to a planet to suffer? What ever that maybe ? Doesn't make any sense to me. A soul should want to be in love and around love. Not hate and misery and pain. Who or what ever created the plan of a soul should plan and want to come back to this place to suffer.

The choices are limited to your karma, though. There are some things we have to go through because of actions we did in the past. We chose based on the lessons our Soul needs. When bad things happen to me that don't make sense, I know it's because of actions I've done in past lives and everything you have given, you will have to experience getting back. I know that's how a hard pill to swallow, but it also allows you to take responsibility. Things don't happen by accident. Also, some lives we chose to experience more negative karma so we can exhaust it. From the vantage point of your Soul, that is a good thing, because those lessons need to be learned. You may not know why, but your Soul knows. There are also many things I would never chose from this place, but I have been in elevated states of mind where I see I wanted to go through it in this life, because it was in my karmic bank and I had enough strength in this lifetime to move through it. Even though I don't want to go through it, I would have to in some lifetime regardless.
Agreed. I either have made a major mistake and went down a life path I wasn't supposed to OR I didn't make any mistake and took no wrong turns which means my soul is seriously masochistic.

How many lifetimes will it get them to clear their karma? And also, if we are supposed to deal with what we served, then the world will always remain a shitshow. And isn't getting karma a divine version of "an eye for an eye"? When will humanity live peacefully if I have to incarnate again to balance karma with my severely abusive parent? And would I be punished if I am supposed to torture him in a future lifetime?
To me, I'm hearing 2 contradictory messages: 1. Karma, working out problems with our fellow souls 2. We are all one. How can we, as eternal beings, be both the perfect whole, AND in need of anything except experience?

I am doing death and dying research. Dorothy, I could not accept this belief, but now I am starting to accept it and it has given me peace. It scared me because I felt I was alone in this experience. Coming back alone is a little scary, but I am seeing it is the opposite.

One thing that stood out to me that is soooo counter intuitive, though: The thought of “ This should NOT be happening” is an indication that what “should not be happening”…was planned pre-birth. Among many other Spiritual topics, I've been teaching the subject of death to rebirth, for over 50 years and I could not find anything significant that he says, to disagree with, which surprises me. He's a good source of information. Thank you
1. Just because our soul chose our parents/spouse before birth, doesn't mean we have to stay with them nor honor them if they have been abusive and don't deserve it. Leaving toxic relationships is hard but it provides some more freedom from the abused person and the lesson to the abuser that their behavior is not tolerated. 2. Saying we all chose all our hardships, poverty, disabilities, rapes etc., even if it's somehow true, is incredibly disrespectful to the thousands of people who have to endure countless traumas. No one choses to be raped, murdered or tortured...and it's never the victim's fault. The hard truth is, not everything is planned, and our soul won't learn every lesson right away...but our soul can also learn from accidents and random events, that's why they are there. Is Earth really a "school" for everyone, or is it just an experience our soul chose so that our soul and God/Source could experience something new? 3. Let's say the afterlife/spirit world does exist...if it's a place of pure unconditional love, then why are there dark souls, demons and evil aliens roaming about? If we have spirit guides and angels, they should at least be able to protect us from those kinds of entities on the non-physical plane. 4. Interdimensional parenting...it doesn't really work if no one is able to perceive the family member from the other side. It'd only work if the family members are lucky enough to be psychic/greater sensitivity to energies. And even if the spirit does watch over the family, they also have to watch over more people and evolve in the spirit realm. I could be very wrong about all this...but please use some discernment and healthy curiosity when diving deep into New Age topics.
I'm so grateful for this interview. Is Dr Schwartz still doing this work of taking people back to their pre-birth planning ? I would love to have sessions. With our memories erased and the sh*t show going on, how do we know if we're on track ? Some of us are isolated. Everytime I discover someone who can really help me understand, wether they are already dead or they do not respond. Positive thinking and reading a lot of books alone do not help to break through whatever sphere some of us are trapped in. I want to understand, to know and it's taking a toll on me.
What bothers me is that yes we do come out of this permanently scarred. I know if I was to die right now. I would be permantly scarred. My family broke apart and it was my fault. My only hope is to go back in time and help my little family.
I died in 2006 from hanging myself. I was raised in the Pentecostal religion. I was also in a lesbian relationship at the time of my suicide. So at the time I totally believed in hell and I thought for sure both suicide and homosexuality would send me to hell. However, when I crossed over there was nothing but the purest unconditional love and peace waiting for me. It made me believe there is no hell in the afterlife and showed me that we never die. I don’t know why I didn’t have the hell experience but I so glad I didn’t.
I just can’t understand why do we need to experience love if we are LOVE and comes from such a loving consciousness. Why do any of us need to come here at all EVER, why the game?

With all due respect, when you’re on the other side, as opposed to here, on earth, it all sounds so easy to accept suffering, but it is unfair to expect someone to know what it is like, to suffer, in another realm, briefly, during pre-birth planning, but then, when we get to earth, where we experience these sufferings,in their fullness, here, and the reality is quite different when we are actually living these sufferings, day in and day out, and to say we are only here for a short time, doesn’t matter, because it doesn’t feel that way. I’m quite sure we’d NEVER CHOOSE THESE SUFFERINGS! Also, if we are an individuation of God, and He is all knowing and perfect, in ALL, of His ways, we have nothing to learn. Maybe, a better word, rather than LEARN, would be “we want to” EXPERIENCE these sufferings or rather depravites! Unfortunately, this makes me question the very nature of God because what kind of God would want anyone to suffer such a atrocities as pain, severe illness, or illness, at all, rape, murder, and the list of depraved experiences are endless. God should only want us to experience different levels of good not bad. I get that we are trying to parse out the insanity of this existence, but experiencing misery and suffering paints God into a very depraved corner. I believe in God & a higher power and Jesus, but I can’t believe that this is truth, not that I am suggesting that researchers, experiencers, or that, anyone is lying, but rather we are trying to understand the insanity of this life, with the veil of forgetfulness, by the way, with a human mind. Wasn’t it God that said, My Ways are above your ways? Well that doesn’t seem to be true, within the context, of this discussion which has become viral, everywhere, as human consciousness starts to awaken, but the truth ain’t pretty. So how would a conversation like this go, in pre-birth planning: I want to experience what it’s like to be molested! OK, I’ll be your molester. Come on, if any of this is true, God forbid, again, this leads me back to God’s nature is not and could not then be love, if this is what He sent us here to experience, and I’ve already heard the argument that there is no judgment, or good or bad, in God‘s eyes, but we are human, and we are looking through a human lens, so there is good and bad and everything in between. This conversation could go on, into infinity, and we will never truly know the truth, until we transition, but who then can we tell? No one. Also, I’m tired of hearing that earth is a school or a place of learning; I think it should rightly be called a place of depravity and an insane asylum and worse! Also, spare me the free will argument because it’s clear, in pre-birth planning, that we have limited free will, but in fact, I don’t think we have any free will, at all; because if we did, we certainly wouldn’t choose this shit hole of a reality!

It took me three days (not consecutive 🤪) to listen to this! 😆😆😆 I have children, so some of you know how that goes. 😏 I have to say that there was a reason I finished it this morning. Just a few thoughts with all due respect, as I appreciate your work and this video. How do we know these entities aren't BS'ing us? If the wisdom is "with us for all eternity" how come we don't have that wisdom when we're incarnated? It really isn't with us for all eternity if it disappears in some circumstances. If we can create so much just with our thoughts/beliefs in these pre-birth and post-death realms, why do we have to put ourselves through life on earth for "wisdom"? We'd be able to acquire it all just by wanting to without such a strange process of incarnating/deep suffering. Why create problems for ourselves that preoccupy us with solutions for them we have to plan for pre-birth? Why would "Jesus" ask us to "complete his mission" on earth for him when apparently it's easy to just reincarnate for yourself? There is just so much that doesn't add up. Seems these other realms exist, but many just to use and manipulate us into returning to these slave existences as humans.
Okay but how can we learn from the mistakes and advance if our memory is wiped each time we incarnate? You will continue to make the same mistakes if you can’t remember making them and retain the lesson to make a better choice.
You will suffer overload if you bring the memories of your past lives with you into this life. As Robert said - you participate in your pre-birth planning and in this incarnation that is your mission...not your past. Even if you return to experience karma you are not to remember it and you will be programmed to do whatever it is you needed to fix or learn.
Because you might just focus on the things you already learned in past lives just to play it safe in this incarnation. Conversely, this is why you're not a serial killer; your soul has already learned how precious life is in a past incarnation. Since that lesson had been learned in a previous life and recorded in your souls memory bank, It's obvious to you that taking a life is wrong in this incarnation. Now, your soul is looking to learn a new lesson. In other words, its natural! The things you don't struggle with in this life are lessons learned in previous lives; the things you do struggle with in this life, are lessons your soul has not yet learned and is seeking experience with for which to grow.

I had an experience that I realised was similar to an NDE except I wasn't dying. I had been suicidal for weeks in the lockdowns and was going through an awakening about our current reality, including covid lockdowns being a scam. I was struggling with wanting to go on. One evening, suddenly I felt this unconditional love wash over me. It felt so amazing and like nothing I'd felt before, I think I even started to laugh joyously. I looked out the window and there was a bright sunset across the hills. I felt there was a light source (god) with two angels on either side. Without speaking, the message they gave me was that I was right about my understanding of covid, but that everything would be OK. I'm not sure how long it lasted, but I wanted to just stay connected to them in the light feeling that incredible love.

This is all very comforting, to think that we have access and/or come from a place of unconditional love, but I’m having a REALLY hard time believing that we’ve chosen this miserable life in human society on earth. I’ve suffered from debilitating depression and anxiety for most of my 62 years. The only reason that I haven’t taken my own life is that I have people that depend on me and I would never want them to feel that horrible level of sadness that I have experienced for most of my life. Why would I go through a “pre-birth” process and choose this for myself? I can tolerate physical pain quite well but the mental pain is excruciating. There is so much never-ending sadness in this life on earth and most of it is caused by nasty humans. Do these nasty humans also plan to come to earth to cause pain to others? How could anyone choose such an awful existence? Makes no sense.
Contrast - to experience the not-you. There is only one reality and you will return to it and this will be but a dream, a blink of an eye. Then it will make sense. It doesn't have to now.

Look up a thing or two about contrast… if we did not have contrast, there’d be no advancement in your life, society or the world at large. I can relate to your comments. As far as our memories getting wiped, from what I've read, our memories are retained by our higher selves (as well as by Source in the Akashic Records), but are not kept in our memories while we are physical so that we always start fresh with each incarnation. Can you imagine remembering the 500 spouses and 1000+ children, etc, that you've had through all your lives -- not to mention the many struggles and tragedies that may have happened during that time? It would be too overwhelming to retain.

Lovely interview. I have a better grasp of why we came to earth in the first place. Because I always wondered why we would come to a lower realm to experience life when we were higher beings. I’m my opinion the soul is love. The soul chooses challenges to grow and if a soul is very young (they have not incarnated many times) they may not understand how to navigate the world as a human just yet and so they do things in a way that is harmful to others. And so they set karma for their next lives that they have to balance in order to grow. They are simply here to learn how to survive
People who have made intentional decisions over and over to ignore their higher conscience until it is as good as "dead" within them. People who push goodness out of their hearts. Abusive people. Everything is love, but in this world, there are pockets of absence where evil occurs. Evil happens in empty hearts that have pushed everything else out.

I was lucky enough to take robs 6 week course and in of the exercises he took us through how to find out what virtues we came to earth to learn, from some of the experiences we’ve had thus far on earth. It gives you clue, to why we go through some of the hardships and how they’ve all been pre planned.
His 3 books are by far the most impactful I’ve ever read.
Robert, you are a brilliant messenger as always! I have 3 of your books and adore them. Another purpose of life which I have thought about is similar to 'contrast'. It is that we are limited by the physical incarnation; for example, through our five senses. So we experience life through our limited physical incarnation in order to compare it with a less limited spiritual existence. Thus we may then better appreciate our less limited spiritual consciousness. In other words 'appreciative comparison'. To appreciate light we might first know darkness.
That can be true. Why would a soul made of love want to suffer and endure so many trials? If everything is perfect up above, there's no need to be unhappy on earth. I won't eat this.

Any being/entity that would knowingly and willingly choose to be subjected to what I've been put through, would have to be top level insane.
Amen. This is so bogus, sad to say. We are forced to accept what happens to us, but to say we chose the misery we would endure beforehand is insane.
The choices are limited to your karma, though. There are some things we have to go through because of actions we did in the past. We chose based on the lessons our Soul needs. When bad things happen to me that don't make sense, I know it's because of actions I've done in past lives and everything you have given, you will have to experience getting back. I know that's how a hard pill to swallow, but it also allows you to take responsibility. Things don't happen by accident. Also, some lives we chose to experience more negative karma so we can exhaust it. From the vantage point of your Soul, that is a good thing, because those lessons need to be learned. You may not know why, but your Soul knows. There are also many things I would never chose from this place, but I have been in elevated states of mind where I see I wanted to go through it in this life, because it was in my karmic bank and I had enough strength in this lifetime to move through it. Even though I don't want to go through it, I would have to in some lifetime regardless.

There are people who are literal sadists and have tortured others for years. How many lifetimes will it get them to clear their karma? And also, if we are supposed to deal with what we served, then the world will always remain a shitshow. And isn't getting karma a divine version of "an eye for an eye"? When will humanity live peacefully if I have to incarnate again to balance karma with my severely abusive parent? And would I be punished if I am supposed to torture him in a future lifetime?
To me, I'm hearing 2 contradictory messages:

2. We are all one.
How can we, as eternal beings, be both the perfect whole, AND in need of anything except experience?

One thing that stood out to me that is soooo counter intuitive, though: The thought of “ This should NOT be happening” is an indication that what “should not be happening”…was planned pre-birth. A weird disconnect!! Seems like it would be the opposite: a knowingness on a deep level that the event was meant to be.

Among many other Spiritual topics, I've been teaching the subject of death to rebirth, for over 50 years and I could not find anything significant that he says, to disagree with, which surprises me. He's a good source of information. Thank you
1. Just because our soul chose our parents/spouse before birth, doesn't mean we have to stay with them nor honor them if they have been abusive and don't deserve it. Leaving toxic relationships is hard but it provides some more freedom from the abused person and the lesson to the abuser that their behavior is not tolerated.
2. Saying we all chose all our hardships, poverty, disabilities, rapes etc., even if it's somehow true, is incredibly disrespectful to the thousands of people who have to endure countless traumas. No one choses to be raped, murdered or tortured...and it's never the victim's fault. The hard truth is, not everything is planned, and our soul won't learn every lesson right away...but our soul can also learn from accidents and random events, that's why they are there. Is Earth really a "school" for everyone, or is it just an experience our soul chose so that our soul and God/Source could experience something new?
3. Let's say the afterlife/spirit world does exist...if it's a place of pure unconditional love, then why are there dark souls, demons and evil aliens roaming about? If we have spirit guides and angels, they should at least be able to protect us from those kinds of entities on the non-physical plane.
4. Interdimensional parenting...it doesn't really work if no one is able to perceive the family member from the other side. It'd only work if the family members are lucky enough to be psychic/greater sensitivity to energies. And even if the spirit does watch over the family, they also have to watch over more people and evolve in the spirit realm.
I could be very wrong about all this...but please use some discernment and healthy curiosity when diving deep into New Age topics.

I'm so grateful for this interview. Is Dr Schwartz still doing this work of taking people back to their pre-birth planning ? I would love to have sessions. With our memories erased and the sh*t show going on, how do we know if we're on track ? Some of us are isolated. Everytime I discover someone who can really help me understand, wether they are already dead or they do not respond. Positive thinking and reading a lot of books alone do not help to break through whatever sphere some of us are trapped in. I want to understand, to know and it's taking a toll on me.
What bothers me is that yes we do come out of this permanently scarred. I know if I was to die right now. I would be permantly scarred. My family broke apart and it was my fault. My only hope is to go back in time and help my little family.

I died in 2006 from hanging myself. I was raised in the Pentecostal religion. I was also in a lesbian relationship at the time of my suicide. So at the time I totally believed in hell and I thought for sure both suicide and homosexuality would send me to hell. However, when I crossed over there was nothing but the purest unconditional love and peace waiting for me. It made me believe there is no hell in the afterlife and showed me that we never die. I don’t know why I didn’t have the hell experience but I so glad I didn’t.
So how were you able to come back if you crossed over already?
I just can’t understand why do we need to experience love if we are LOVE and comes from such a loving consciousness. Why do any of us need to come here at all EVER, why the game?

With all due respect, when you’re on the other side, as opposed to here, on earth, it all sounds so easy to accept suffering, but it is unfair to expect someone to know what it is like, to suffer, in another realm, briefly, during pre-birth planning, but then, when we get to earth, where we experience these sufferings,in their fullness, here, and the reality is quite different when we are actually living these sufferings, day in and day out, and to say we are only here for a short time, doesn’t matter, because it doesn’t feel that way. I’m quite sure we’d NEVER CHOOSE THESE SUFFERINGS! Also, if we are an individuation of God, and He is all knowing and perfect, in ALL, of His ways, we have nothing to learn. Maybe, a better word, rather than LEARN, would be “we want to” EXPERIENCE these sufferings or rather depravites! Unfortunately, this makes me question the very nature of God because what kind of God would want anyone to suffer such a atrocities as pain, severe illness, or illness, at all, rape, murder, and the list of depraved experiences are endless. God should only want us to experience different levels of good not bad. I get that we are trying to parse out the insanity of this existence, but experiencing misery and suffering paints God into a very depraved corner. I believe in God & a higher power and Jesus, but I can’t believe that this is truth, not that I am suggesting that researchers, experiencers, or that, anyone is lying, but rather we are trying to understand the insanity of this life, with the veil of forgetfulness, by the way, with a human mind. Wasn’t it God that said, My Ways are above your ways? Well that doesn’t seem to be true, within the context, of this discussion which has become viral, everywhere, as human consciousness starts to awaken, but the truth ain’t pretty. So how would a conversation like this go, in pre-birth planning: I want to experience what it’s like to be molested! OK, I’ll be your molester. Come on, if any of this is true, God forbid, again, this leads me back to God’s nature is not and could not then be love, if this is what He sent us here to experience, and I’ve already heard the argument that there is no judgment, or good or bad, in God‘s eyes, but we are human, and we are looking through a human lens, so there is good and bad and everything in between. This conversation could go on, into infinity, and we will never truly know the truth, until we transition, but who then can we tell? No one. Just a few thoughts with all due respect, as I appreciate your work and this video. How do we know these entities aren't BS'ing us? If the wisdom is "with us for all eternity" how come we don't have that wisdom when we're incarnated? It really isn't with us for all eternity if it disappears in some circumstances. If we can create so much just with our thoughts/beliefs in these pre-birth and post-death realms, why do we have to put ourselves through life on earth for "wisdom"? We'd be able to acquire it all just by wanting to without such a strange process of incarnating/deep suffering. Why create problems for ourselves that preoccupy us with solutions for them we have to plan for pre-birth? Why would "Jesus" ask us to "complete his mission" on earth for him when apparently it's easy to just reincarnate for yourself? There is just so much that doesn't add up. Seems these other realms exist, but many just to use and manipulate us into returning to these slave existences as humans.

Okay but how can we learn from the mistakes and advance if our memory is wiped each time we incarnate? You will continue to make the same mistakes if you can’t remember making them and retain the lesson to make a better choice.
You will suffer overload if you bring the memories of your past lives with you into this life. As Robert said - you participate in your pre-birth planning and in this incarnation that is your mission...not your past. Even if you return to experience karma you are not to remember it and you will be programmed to do whatever it is you needed to fix or learn.
Because you might just focus on the things you already learned in past lives just to play it safe in this incarnation. Conversely, this is why you're not a serial killer; your soul has already learned how precious life is in a past incarnation. Since that lesson had been learned in a previous life and recorded in your souls memory bank, It's obvious to you that taking a life is wrong in this incarnation. Now, your soul is looking to learn a new lesson. In other words, its natural! The things you don't struggle with in this life are lessons learned in previous lives; the things you do struggle with in this life, are lessons your soul has not yet learned and is seeking experience with for which to grow.
