My grandparents have this dryer for a couple of years (2) it came from her old house in Christchurch when she sold it there was too much furniture so she took the dryer off the wall (her friends helped her) and now it’s on the floor and getting used daily but one of the problems is there wasn’t a vent hose connected but now there is but to use the dryer you have to open the laundry window to vent it next time they go to town they will go to mitre 10 and get a vent kit for the dryer and then maybe I’ll help them install it and then run a load and see how the dryer goes with the new venting kit installed I wish you did a video of a dryer installation on the floor upright with a venting kit installed
Thanks for your awesome. If I turn on my Fisher & Paykel dryer and there is a small sound of electric operating, but it don't rotate. What is the problem could be? I'm on Gold Coast. Thank you.
You will need to take the dryer off the wall if on the wall no matter any space your dryer is in the dryer will need to be outside or in a garage to give a bit of space to be able to remove the capacitor

It probably needs a new capacitor
