About 15 years ago a Lisa Lisa remix of "Take me home" came out, I believe it came out in San Francisco. The intro is this dj gushing praise about how sick the tune is. Hearing this, reminded me of it. I would give anything to hear it again. If you like this, you should all search for that remix. Same era, only so much better. Do yourselves a favor and seek it out.
If anyone actually gives this a go through speakers! Fuckkkk me crank that Bass, this guy rocks It! YOU CANNOT listen to this through a phone! Keep rocking it man! Massive respect!
I have not listened to it in so long till now my friend. I did not realise 28 people liked my comment. It still sounds amazing in 10 years time this will get dropped and young people will be running to the DJ asking what it is.
A good bassline, not much more to it, it'd probably make a great track with good arrangements and it'd definetely go one step further with proper, home made vocals instead of samples ( in this case, All Night Long by the Jones Girls).
A very cynical view DRAWON. I think alot of the records we are hearing now may get boring in few months time after heavy rotation from different jocks but the true test of any good record is how it stands the test of time. I can see myself playing this in 10 years time and thinking it still sounds great.
