Love this Airline! Travelled from Chennai to Kolkata it was amazing! Excellent service staff were very polite and friendly. Was a short flight but still got a lovely hot breakfast! Worst is Indigo!
Yes probably the best airline now in India...I also got free inflight Wi-Fi on this aircraft which was so unexpected...from LHR to IGI...Forget about Indigo.... our national carrier Air India....so bad service, I really don't expect so bad service from a National Carrier...

@@kingcfnjeff5492 I don't think so, 777x might be a great plane with kick ass engines. But, I'm sure, airlines are gonna fill it with high density 3-4-3 configuration to replace a380s. That makes an already packed economy to somewhat of a steerage. A350 is wide and tall enough to feel really airy and comfortable but narrow enough so that no sane airline would go beyond 3-3-3. B787 is a good plane but 350ulr and 350-1000 are just better than it in every aspect. Not to mention recent MAX groundings and retrospectively discovered problems in the 737NG.

I wish they could spend some money on improving their customer service which is worse than many budget airlines. Their customer service only responded when I started posting on Twitter. They do not respond to mails and their call center number is on IVR.
