As a GalaxyForce fan this a perfect actually it got all the important parts Unlike they Did with GalaxyUpgrade Hasbro is absolutely DogShow Plus chef Blame hasbro the cutting for the budget not blaming the figure Im waiting for the Titan Size version Hasbro you need to oversized it or Copy the Original supreme class and mix with legacy joints and give the man a Crown to rule the decepticons

sorry but I disagree with that logic. the arms are firmly attached based on how they were engineered. a solid shoulder accessory wouldn't bring down the arms.
@@chefatronif that’s true then why wouldn’t they make wfc astrotrains arms strong enough to hold the big gun that is made of the smaller guns he comes with? If they made the arms more hollow then he would be able to hold the gun without the arm falling down.
@@ToasterStudiosss it's an issue with the joint's design... sometimes they run out of budget and have no choice but to give us sub-par engineering on some of the parts of their figures...
Its funny that the ost creator for the series and other staff in the original Japanese they previous work on gundam series. A friend of mine was a SuperDieHard Gundam fan they notice that the OST are very familiar he said to me its cleary Gundam reference and we check the other staff yep they work for SUNRISE its like a Silent Collab
Definitely not over engineered the transformation is so satisfying I fiddle with it back and forth while watching tv constantly. You are correct about that tab that holds the robot mode together, I have no idea why they did that. This is one of my favorite figures I have gotten recently aside from my DR Wu figures and the core class energeon Megs.
No issues on mine, got 3 of this one just cuz it's that's great, 1 on display and 1 I keep on my table for battles and transformed it multiple times and taken couple of falls and no cracked plastic, I'm sure over the yrs it will like many toys but this one is solid. Also havnt seen any reviewer being up that you can lock his feet in place in bot mode so won't have to worry about falling over in some poses

Without wheels unlike the original is a huge deal breaker for me 😢 Plus what good is its key that doesnt open any gimmick? But still I do like the two swords and its extra gun 😅
Great review Chefatron!! My main gripe with this new figure of Cybertron Starscream is that its to small compared to the original figure. I think commander class is a better size class for this version of Starscream. lol Keep on being amazing.
For normal starscream, this is fine in line with the normal overall downscaling of modern day. If you're looking for the giant starscream from later on in the series, commander class would be too small. It would have to be titan.

I think- in order for it to be properly in scale with say- a theoretical leader glass cybertron galvatron- or heaven forbid a commander class cybertron optimus- a big cybertron starscream would have to be titan
Man, Chef, sorry I'm commenting on this way later. I recently got this guy a few months ago. I love him but, yeah, it's got the famed "Hasblow plastic", the lame gray color and with the low quality. Also the arm joints are way too loose. You can tell the leaders and commanders and titans get most of the budget. With them sourcing dollar store materials for core class 🤣

if you wanna be amazed of hasbro's consistency in inconsistency . Follow Legacy line in a tv near you. So... overdrive did not deserve cyber key... metroplex titan did not deserve cyberkey.... and out of nowhere this guy has it..and the other pirate dude from wallmart exclusive. but.. its a pointless item or me. The grey plastic, sadly, is the one thing i am scared, because that grey plastic has been yellowing. even if on sale, which i would go for him, that issue alone is pulling me back. Same with silverbolt. I only god Shard from this wave, everything else i passed. its getting too expensive to pay for defective toys at this moment. I finally went to get Metalhawk, after a whole year.... just to see a bunch in store, with yellowed hips, hands m and the white thing in his back. i gave up wanting to buy him.

@@chefatron regarding yellowing... me and some people went joking about squezeplay looking already yellowed to hell. The joke was hasbro still not knowing what is the yellowing issue, and giving up and selling now toys yellowed, because everyone still buys what they do. Today, saw the studio series transformers one optimus prime. I think hasbro is really going on that, because they can't say that yellow is on purpose. adn then, the prime changers optimus prime, he is actual grey. And ad insult to injury , people saying they will buy him still and paint in better grey. when they should not even do that, IF that is actually the case of selling yellowed toys, buying it , its telling hasbro that we don't care if the toys are yellowing. I know i might be a broken record my dude, but someone gotta point it out.

The right shoulder on mine has a frozen joint and trying to raise the arm pops it off the mushroom peg. Not a great figure. Every other reviewer just didn't move the right shoulder and pretended it didn't happen. 😂

The arm plastic for the add-ons are hollow so that they aren't too heavy. If they were solid his arms would fall all the time.

I like that Cybetron/Galaxy Force Starscream, the robot and the jet mode was so cool. Starscream's feet looks like Gundam.

The size is good because starscream was normal sized for most of transformers cybertron
