Sir maine 30% commutation liya tha aur muje 8.16 lakh Mila tha abhi meri 7515 per month recovery ho rahi hai
Mein 60 saal mei pension aaya tha 15 saal mein double amount kata hai jaise kisi ko 3.50000 mila tha toh 15saal baad saat lakh banta hai.
Gujarat High court has given judgement for recovery upto 12 years only.

I retired on 30 th June 2022 wether I am eligible to get notional increment or, may be possible to proceed CAT for claim as presently , orders have been issued by competent authority to implement the same only for applicants claimed through court case or, the staff getting retired from the year 2023.
