The Special Council Meeting will commence at 5:30pm in Council Chambers, Level 1, 23 Dundebar Road, Wanneroo.
The purpose of the meeting is for Council to consider the following confidential item:
• Legal Matter - Property
In accordance with the Local Government Act 1995, City of Wanneroo Council Members meet regularly to make decisions on governing the local government.
Special Council meetings are attended by the Mayor, Deputy Mayor, Councillors, Chief Executive Officer, Directors, Administration staff, members of the media, interested ratepayers, electors and community members.
There is an opportunity at the commencement of the Special Council Meeting for public question time, where the public may ask questions and statements that relate to the items listed on the Special Council Meeting Agenda and should not be a personal statement or opinion.
The Special Council Meeting Agenda is made available to the public on the Friday prior to the Council Meeting date.
