They can reach 30 wins if they manage to keep those turnovers low. Also, now their lineups should space the floor constantly for Cade and JI to put pressure on the defense.
Not mentioning why the last coach got himself fired - not starting Ivey - should never be left out of the conversation, when pondering if the new coach will make the same mistake. If this coach does not start Ivey, might as well start interviewing for the next coach.
Hold Up, Fournier has been azz took shots at the Detroit Pistons instead of the New York Knicks?!? If anything he was only briefly here for a coffee and a sandwich, it's the knicks where he was buried for dead and that's who I think his comments were for.
top 5 reasons...#1 the expected leap for Cade,Ivey,Ausar and Duren, #2 the addition of real vets Harris,Beasley Reed and not so sure about THJ, #3 A coach who won't be tanking and has a chip on his shoulder, #4 a very good draft with Holland and Klintman(my draft day sleeper) and #5 outstanding depth that will provide JB with so many rotational options! + no more 27 game losing streaks and a team that won't be tanking on purpose! Pistons will at the very least compete with Chic,Char and Tor for that last play-in spot!
@rodbeard what is it that Ron Holland can’t do right that his play couldn’t translate or contribute to winning? He is not going to asked to be the #1 option on this team allowing him to focus on what he can do at an elite level. Please explain, youth ,too little, low basketball IQ ?
I'll disagree with him . If he is going to be top 5 in rookie of the year, then he will be helping us win games. Players who are on really bad teams have a tough time getting any recognition. Now, its possible Holland hardly plays at all this season- but that would mean we are headed for the playoffs. If we only win 25 or 30 games, but don't manage to find developmental minutes for Holland, it will be coaching malpractice.
Ron is a bad shooter which makes him a bad fit with either Ausar or Duren. To have a chance at 30 wins Ausar and Duren can't play many minutes together. Both of those two are much better than Ron. Holland can only make the Rising Stars if he is featured off the bench or starting. Doing either makes 25 wins unlikely.
@@LeeSohldenstat stuffers get accolades without helping me team win. Both Duren and Ivey made the Rising Stars twice with a combined win total of 31 games over two seasons. Also Holland is a project that is years away from helping a team win games.
These guys have no clue what they’re talking about especially when it comes to Ivey, flannel and Rod are the worst Kool aid the only one with any sense Ivey will have these clowns apologizing midway through next season
Will Cade share on ball minutes with Ivey? Hard for Ivey to take a leap of he's a spot up three point shooter whenever Cade is playing. As a backup he could have impressive per 36 but that's not the question.
Ivey in the SAME sentence as Prime D Rose???😂😂😂😂. Y'all are straight late night comedians, nearly every segment I watch. Hopeful Stans!
It will be a push to double the win total. Some weaknesses have been addressed, but that doesn't equate to being better.
That Detroit weed strong asl cuz ain’t no way they getting over 18 wins
Don't sleep on Klintman at the 4 in some rotations!!!!
I can't wait to see JI prove everybody wrong.

Swish on Ivey!!

The fans soured on Ivey down the stretch for some reason. That said I think Ivey will get at least 28 minutes per game

I hope you are right but the only thing I see as possible is some guys making a leap. This team isn't winning 30

Season about to start with preseason behind us. Yall still feel RH2 can’t contribute to winning?
@@mclemoreconsult I think a starting unit of Cade, Ivey, Holland, Harris, Duren would do fine.

DERRICK ROSE mentor Killian Hayes, how did that turn out. But again Killian sucked and IVEY does have a lot of better skill set.
