Can you give us your pros and cons on John Canon vs Lee WETHERINGTON vs AR Homes. Does Lee Werherington and AR homes do the steel reinforcements also? What flood zone is the Islands.
That is a tough one. All great builders. AR uses stick on the second floor while John and Lee do NOT. I think when you are purchasing a multi million dollar home you deserve block on the second floor in Florida. Lee & John are neck and neck to me but John has the process streamlined so much better.
