3:57. I keep one widemouth jar in my sink.I fill it with hot soapy water. Whenever I use a utensil (fork, spoon, knife, spatula, wooden spoon, for instance) I let it soak in the jar, letting the soapy water keep whatever from getting glued onto the utensils. I rinse out and add fresh water/soap once/day.
Around 3:20 you attempt to set up a hangbar in the Sinkbase Cabinet for your spray bottles. Suggest instead an extension rod. They come in all sorts of lengths from 10 inches to 10 feet. I have one in my studio apartment that divides my kitchen from my livingroom. It's about an 8ft wide opening that has white-background floral tapestry curtains that partition the spaces. Extension rods are as multi-functional as Command hooks or open-weave baskets. The stepped shelf riser, used for storing spice bottles, also provides a side-access space to store backstock of small-quantity bulk spice purchase bags, for refilling spice bottles. I'm talking about 1 to 2 ounce bags bought at specialty spice shops. In addition to wire step-risers being very inexpensive, the plexiglass ones don't have that side-access benefit.
Thank you for sharing different ideas for storing kitchen items. They are very helpful for budget friendly organisation. Love the blue and black baskets. I have those colours and white ones.❤
I really like your videos. Good ideas and you do the research for me. :) As a side note, your make up is very well done. It looks very natural and looks good on camera.
Again another master piece video. Your so amazing putting all your efforts to show us how dollar tree or dollar store ( in Canada) will transform ordinary space to extraordinary. Lots of blessings and prayers for you all.
Your video popped up on my feed & sounded interesting , I clicked & gave it a go. You shared some good ideas with detailed step by step instructions. You have the perfect voice for these videos too. I subscribed & Can’t wait to see more.
Thank you so much for these ideas, my bathroom and kitchen are very small. I have a lot of hair products in my bathroo mm going to use these ideas for them.
I can’t say this enough 😊 line that cabinet under your sink! I use a waterproof shelf liner! For that 1 time in years you have a leak? You’ll be more grateful than I can say lol LINE IT! If you Rent, it should be mandatory! 😊 I had a leak that could’ve cost a new cabinet! It was lined and there was no damage! I also fixed the plumbing 😊😊 I called a plumber and learned I’d saved $865 too 😊 I just took it all apart, cleaned it, replaced 1 connection lol I had just paid for new brakes and had. No. Money. (Never try to fix electricity tho. Never) That ended in an Ambulance lol and an ER visit! lol so plumbing yes… electric NEVER and line that cupboard under every sink 😊 Great tips all around ❤😊
@@CatherineElaine I did too! Till my friend had hers flood! So I pulled it all out, lined it and made it all nice and pretty! I kid you not, like 2 weeks later I’m walking in after spending my last dime on brakes and the entire kitchen is under water! My daughter & I mopped it all up and I called the plumber but hearing the price (and it was double because it was the weekend and at night) so I fixed it! I learned a valuable lesson! Never put pasta or rice (any starch heavy food) into your disposal! It just collects! My Daughter was so proud at how much I saved! Now the electricity one 😳 My vacuum plug broke ?? 🤷🏼♀️ So I cut it off, and put a new one on! It worked fine for months. Till… it didn’t. I plugged it in and BAM 💥 THE WALL EXPLODED! I went flying backwards off my feet! I got a mild concussion and burnt my finger and thumb black! I had burns on my wrist, my elbow but mostly my shoulder where the electricity shot out of me! I was laying there twitching like a dying fish lol My Reg Dr was on call at the ER and made me raise my right hand and repeat after him “I Jennifer, will respect that which can kill me” lol He said of all the Home Improvement ER visits the Ones involving Electricity were the worst! He made me swear to hire those jobs out to licensed contractors 😊 (I had a damaged ulnar nerve abs was in PT for it. My arm felt like a blanket was on it at all times. Getting electrocuted tho, fixed it lol lol My nerves were ok 👍🏻 and I’ve had full feeling ever since lol My Dr was laughing but saying “plugging in your old crappy appliances was still not adviced as a fix!” Anyhow, I enjoyed your video and thanks for the memories it provoked 😊
If you turn the 3 tier sideways and use the black bins for tour spices, you can get 2 extra bins worth. I have labels on the ends of which spices are in each bin.
Awesome ideas. I like the hanging racks, I have a small kitchen with very little cabinets space and a small pantry. I want a place to put my coffee pods…. Do you have another idea for coffee pod storage off the counter?
I definitely DO NOT recommend the shelf riser or 3 tier storage racks from Dollar Tree. They are not well made, are flimsy and the legs don’t hold up well. If you use them for light items like sponges they’re ok but definitely not anything heavy. All of your other suggestions are great. I loved the wood DIY shelf for the bathroom, too.
Dang that stinks!! I haven’t been able to test for quality since my store didn’t have them. I will say the Lowe’s ones were really good and sturdy and I think I only paid $6 each
I have seen Bargain Bethany do the three tier organizer in her videos before. Did you see it from her or from someone else? I’m always looking for new DIY creators and it is easier when content creators give credit in their videos.
I’ve never seen her channel! I’ll have to look her up. I saw it on reels but I’ve definitely seen it before elsewhere too! I’m really not sure who was the first.
No adding a wooden dowel wouldn't help because it's meant to use vertical. Horizontally it has no grip sorry. At all.. period. No cap. It's made to easily slide out your broom easily horizontally
Useless. Lowes products are much sturdier and wider than DT products and the results would not be the same. 🙄 And using a smaller dowel would mean that the broom holder would be too big to keep it in place.. If you are going to show ACTUAL solutions it has to be with ACTUAL products from that store. Absolutely useless saying you got it from a more expensive store with superior products.. Also useless is thinking you accomplished something by saying “I had this idea but it didn’t work with my stick so maybe you can use another stick”.. No, you go find another rod to see if it WOULD actually WORK.
You do realize that if you own any kind of saw you can cut a plunger handle into a dowel rod to put ob the broom holders? And you can buy it at the dollar tree. And the shelf really is available at dollar tree. I have the same set up in a cabinet in my room for recreational items.
Hey guys! Leave me your favorite dollar tree hacks & ideas in the comments 🤗

I couldn’t find the white ones at my store!!! But the blue is a nice blue for sure
That was great! I loved "now that I've torn my kitchen apart" because you really do have the cutest most organized kitchen.
🤣 haha I try!!
Those are some very creative ideas! Great job.
Thank you!!
Ty, so vy much for thinking abt ur small, low, and no budget subbies.
I’m happy I was finally able to do a dollar tree only video!
My favourite is the last one, with napkin holders. Really good one!
Yes Catherine I like your videos, good ideas for organize my kitchen and affordable, thank you and God’s bless you
You’re the best, thank you for all your support on my videos week after week!
Great ideas Catherine! I too like the 3-tiered shelf as well as the napkin holders together for cookie sheets, cooling racks etc. 🌸
Thank you!! 😊
Your welcome!

Aw thank you!! I try!
I like metal chrome napkin ring holder for pot lids. Have a good day and I hope you enjoyed your Mother's Day. TFS!
Good morning!💖😀 I love when you organize!
Thank you!
All good ideas 😊
Thank you!
Loved this video great ideas

I do a lot of wreath's. So flowers are a must and do are any type of wreath form and ribbons all are a must.
Love these ideas, Catherine! I have limited cupboard space, and these ideas may be just what I need-thanks!
I’m so happy you found them helpful!
I love the three tier shelf also, very useful in the bathroom.
It would be great for kcups too or nespresso pods if you’re a coffee drinker!
@@CatherineElaine Yes! That's a better idea.
Love these ideas, especially undersink ideas

You have done a great job.
Love this thanks love pink stuff 🥰🥰🥰

Oh yay!! Thank you so much! 🤗
Loved these ideas, especially since they’re from the Dollar Tree! My Dollar Tree is small too 🤦♀️
I’m so envious of people I see who have big dollar trees!
New subscriber! Great video, I absolutely LOVE dollar tree organization ideas

Good ideas😊
Another way to attach the napkin holders would be to use zip ties (instead of the glue).
Yes definitely!
For the tiered shelf, rather to hot glue…is best to zip tie to secure. Especially when using DT wire shelf. Glue doesn’t stay on for long. 😊
Thank you so much for these ideas, my bathroom and kitchen are very small. I have a lot of hair products in my bathroo mm going to use these ideas for them.
I’m so glad you found this helpful!
I used the spice shelf on the pantry cabinet set right side up.

Three tier shelf you can zip tie the binds to the shelf.
Yes definitely!
Great ideals
Thank you!
I like the baskets on the step organizer. I wonder if you could use zipties from the dollar store to attach the baskets.
Use a broom stick from dollar tree instead of the dowel rod for under the sink!
Yes good idea!
I did the storage with the step shelves and baskets I just used cable ties to fasten them together so they don't move when you take something out
Maybe zip tie the baskets on the step shelf?
Yes that’s an option! I was just showing examples so that’s why I didn’t zip tie or hot glue them, since I was planning to put my system back 🙂
Hey Catherine
Use zip ties for the step shelves to hold the baskets.
Good idea!
Dollar Tree sells broom handles that would work under your sink because they will fit in the mop and broom holders… replacing the wooden dowels!
You can also use zip ties
Yes definitely!
guao nenota 😘😘
Get a tension rod instead of a dowel and clips.
If you turn the 3 tier sideways and use the black bins for tour spices, you can get 2 extra bins worth. I have labels on the ends of which spices are in each bin.
That’s a great idea!
Wire cookie cooling racks hung on wall for sunglasses organizer
Love these ideas do you space for your rubber gloves under there and doyou videos cleaning with gloves on
Awesome ideas. I like the hanging racks, I have a small kitchen with very little cabinets space and a small pantry. I want a place to put my coffee pods…. Do you have another idea for coffee pod storage off the counter?
I would say that the three tier wooden shelf would be great for that!
what if you don't have counter space, wall space and your cupboards are small?
At that point I’m really not sure 😆 maybe you gotta start hanging things from the ceiling haha
@@CatherineElaine I've actually thought about that 😊

FYI... the risers that u got at Lowes look sturdy the dollar tree is very thin and flimsy, so NO not even close
Don't pretend. The risers from DT aren't sturdy like the other at all
I’ve never been able to test the dollar tree ones since my store doesn’t have them so I’m not sure on how sturdy!
No adding a wooden dowel wouldn't help because it's meant to use vertical. Horizontally it has no grip sorry. At all.. period. No cap. It's made to easily slide out your broom easily horizontally
I love your ideas ty
If you invert the inside and slide the dowel through that way it will hold it up! I should’ve mentioned that
Useless. Lowes products are much sturdier and wider than DT products and the results would not be the same. 🙄 And using a smaller dowel would mean that the broom holder would be too big to keep it in place.. You’re mean haha
I am just a mom doing her best and sharing some ideas and what works/didn’t work, it costs nothing to be kind 🤷🏼♀️
You do realize that if you own any kind of saw you can cut a plunger handle into a dowel rod to put ob the broom holders? And you can buy it at the dollar tree.
And the shelf really is available at dollar tree. I have the same set up in a cabinet in my room for recreational items.
