      I go to bed between 5am and 7am everyday I get woken up a lot at like 10am to do shit so I've been trying to make a list of priorities I want to set to achieve sleeping at an early time like maybe 10 or 11pm but I know it doesn't happen overnight I know it's a routine and I know that you have to go to bed a little bit earlier the next day until you get to that time but I always feel like setting my priorities during the day getting the stuff done that I want to get done during the day it's very crucial because I always do it when it comes time to line down for sleep which is 12 or 1am social media is a killer because it makes you think about checking messages and then when you check and you do have them or not you find your friends notifications sometimes they're interesting sometimes there's drama sometimes they need help then you're a part of many different social groups on Facebook and sometimes they ask questions sometimes they want help and then being the person that I am I can't just say no or think no so I used to stay up to 3:00 in the morning writing 5 to 10 paragraphs just for one response so I figured you know what I'll just save all these posts for answers in the future I'll just focus on maybe sending a time maybe three times a day to go on Facebook
      Here's my list I made on Sunday June 6th so far I've forgotten and been very busy but after being 9:49 in I have to do this!
      Priorities I need to have in Order!Have a goal of sleeping at a normal time!
      I believe in I don't like to be cliche and say mind body and spirit but the mind and the body and I think that spirit will come out from working those!
      This is just one Priority too by the way but this goes into a lot of the others that I have!
      1. Tire yourself with chores such as continuing to clean the house, washing dishes, washing clothes, vaccuming every floor in the house, cleaning tables, cleaning the basement, cutting grass or shoveling snow! The days I've done so many chores or many different things in a day were the days I usually fell asleep by taking a nap or miraculously just slept a great time!
      2. Go out for walks whether around town,whether from shopping at Walmart or anywhere, around the back yard, or a park, cutting grass, walking inside the house anything that can get you walking!
      3. Maybe try Reading actually reading for the first time since being in highschool and I don't mean like a game informer magazine or other magazines or articles I mean actually reading books or ebooks maybe even listen to a book on audible or something!
      4. Drinking Hot Teas/Hot Milk or Hot Liquids in general, eating foods that naturally induce sleep like lean chicken or lean turkey breast, extra onions and lettuce in a salad, search other foods that induce sleep to remind you what's good!Taking a safe sleeping aid if needed!
      5. Don't eat high carb meals, fat meals or high protein meals late at night preferably not after 9 or 10pm!
      6. Try to wind down about 2-3 hours after eating your last meal so there are no late night cravings so you it doesn't create a vicious cycle of having late night cravings keep you up which leads to eating again!
      Edited: To keep this list under 10 I'll just put in here meditation, deep breathing mindfulness, Yoga, ASMR light exercises, maybe a light weight training session very light to heavy weights very light nothing that forces you to exert yourself like getting a good pump or running or jogging which can keep you awake!
      7. Set the temperature in the room to the desired comfortable sleeping temperature try to change your body temperature to you're desired temperature as well by also taking a shower or bath before bed!
      8. Make the bed as comfortable as possible!
      9. Turn down brightness or blue light on tv or cell phone's after 12am or 1am
      10. Don't go to bed with things on your mind or racing thoughts or worry! Try not to argue or fight late at night when you should be trying to wind down for sleep!
      For me the only times I leave everything to think about good or bad is when I'm winding down for bed or just trying to relax at a time I should be winding down for sleep!
      It might be that way for a lot of people because I feel like there are only a few places or times in the day where we feel we have to set for these things and we normally don't set a time for worrying about stuff because that's that's natural and nobody tells us that but I've seen it countless times with me fighting arguing with family late at night being stressed out because I'm fighting or arguing on social media late at night keeps my mind full of anger bad thoughts and feelings Plus on top of that I have an anxiety disorder and get panic attacks which keep the heart racing during an argument or fight and whenever our anxiety is high or we have a panic attack our minds are wide awake because they can't tell the difference between trying to survive being haunted by a wild animal or if it's something much less stressful!
      Ways to achieve this can be to not go on social media at night or at a time close to or during the time you take to wind down for sleep!
      Take time to worry about stuff during the day set a time during the day to focus on anything that may worry you or excite you whether it's a stressful situation or whether it's an exciting event or something you're looking forward to!
      I know this is do much easier said then done but it works it's worked in the past and it can work again I feel you need to be at peace and to be relaxed for sleep!
      Makes sense I can never go to sleep at a normal time!

I just put my hand on my head and shook it once I realized majority off the entries are going to be from people who decide cheat their way in. I guess some would say "work smartet not harder" or "doing less is more" but I believe that shouldn't always apply. .. exp. the current prize draw through sweat coin. I believe that is a situation that should be thought of at a deeper level and earned with having integrity .
