I had a very good experience with the Visa Infinity Concierge through my Chase Sapphire Reserve card membership. They were able to secure a table at a new high end restaurant in Boston in less than half an hour, one that I had been trying, on my own to reserve for several months, unsuccessfully. I was impressed with the professionalism and the length of time it took with my request. Will definitely call on them again.

Wait, you can watch a live surgery? I’m on it...
J Gonzalez that's what a rep told me once I called in. Apparently people ask all the time. I'd totally do it but have not done so yet!
@@PointsPanda did you watch live surgery now?
@@PointsPanda how much does it cost to watch a live surgery?
This is probably a dumb question but: is there a cost to use this concierge?
Tu Tran nope! It's included in the annual fee.
Unless you book travel through the concierge, that's the only thing that costs money. Everything else is free
what if u have a request to do something in 12hr or less?
they will do it, trust me
Which concierge is better the AMEX concierge or the JP Morgan Concierge?
Amex all the way...they are amazing
Amex has a lot more users, meaning that the concierges are a bit more used to odd and hard to handle requests.
