One bishop who is worthy to be cardinal is romulo valles of davao city, for years he pastor's the davao area with balance to be with a political leader of davao with caution and continue the Catholic faith even with the threat of ejk killings of the poor. He stood up against the duterte in silence to protect his priest against the oppresor of the poor which are the duterte family. Bishop david was also very critical and have spoken resistance against duterte. Two bishops with different approach but valles was not critical but in silence he protects his faithfull becoz he is inside the area of davao.
