Whenever there's water 💧locked off during the dry season the right side of Jack hill usually locked off because that side get water from Mona reservoir and the left side get water from Hermitage reservoir.
Going up Jack hill road from the Texaco gas station ⛽on the right side going up they can build townhouses but on the left hand side no townhouses. On the first left turn off Jack hill road is a housing scheme. When my parents first moved to that area we were the first blacks into that housing scheme mostly Chinese, white and Syrian you see, 1973-74.
