  • The most Airy and light bread in the world one of my favourite bread from Italy has all of the good things together and its so easy to make suitable for Homebakers .
    In this video i gave you two option of baking with and without steam but certainly with the fan on ( convection)
    Recipe:
    Bread Flour 350G
    Water 280G
    Starter 80G
    Salt 7G
    I heard from one of my good Italian baker friends that for an Authentic Ciabatta should never use Olive oil but nothing can stop you if you like to use it .
